This video just saved my day. I had tried making butter using food peocessor and it became thick milk shake. I gave it up on it and put it back in fridge. Tried reviving it using the hand whisk method shown here, 10-15 minutes later, got butter separated. I didn't add any additional water or ice as there was enough added earlier and the mixture was sufficiently cold. Thanks Sowbarniya
True ! Try with bottle method , put in a bottle and shake it you l get butter separately
In my life span I doesn't even see such video ever and I don't even know how this butter comes. But my hubby loves this butter a lot like anything, his grandma used to do this for him and he eat the entire butter and his died in his 14 years. Since that he searched for the butter. I used to do ghee from the butter which I bought from departmental stores, he always tells that this is not at all a butter. Their is some other process to made it. Also he explained this process to me but I don't understand and I don't believethat how comes that yedu becomes butter. But now this video clears all my doubt. And thank you so much to make such a efforts by making butter. Heartfelt thanks dear
