Because Sephiroth is stronger than Genesis, due to Genesis's degradation. Sephiroth is also able to control Jenova and her cells around the world... or something like that at least. :P
Well supposedly the gift of the goddess is everlasting youth and power. Banora Whites are apples and they are very healthy, as they say an apple a day keeps the doctors or scientists away. Or it could be pride of yourself.

.... the PSP emulators are spose to be put in the PSP I think.. There used to run some homebrew games.. least thats what I hurd.. I find hacking yoiur PSP much easier..
