I have Neorhythm, use it every day and genuinely love it. Quick tip: a cheap wide fabric headband from Amazon stops it slipping around. There are caveats though. I'm in recovery from chronic fatigue. I asked Omnipemf if their 'Energy and Vitality' programme created genuine energy or acted more like a stimulant on the brain, much like caffeine. They said it was the former. In practice I've found it to be more the latter. Using energy my body hasn't naturally got on a regular basid has triggered crashes. I'm therefore now approaching tech much like I would medicine and titrating carefully.
Very interesting. Similar to you I use my Neorythm everyday. Oddly enough the mediation setting (not theta) would really get my mind focused and going; however, noticed gradual decline in affects there. Your saying that the devices uses vs creates (energy) was , so probably best to not use everyday? Also, what are you doing to correct chronic fatigue.
@@chrisf6421 I've found alternating devices helps me not get used to it. Interestingly, despite not being in pain, the pain setting gives me more natural energy than the actual energy setting. I'm not saying the energy setting uses energy in every case. I can only speak for my CFS experience. Post exertional malaise (PEM) is the hallmark of ME/CFS and #longCovid. It's not just the fatigue but the recovery from energy spurts that's the defining issue. For these cases I'd avoid long sessions of the energy setting as stimulants are analogous to maxing out credit cards when you haven't got a job. I had Chronic Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (aka ME/CFS). I'd never fit everything I did into a comment. However as I'm very bothered about the spike in #longCovid cases I'll do my best to create a checklist. My first piece of advice is be prepared to roll up your sleeves. 1. Move gently when you can, but don't exercise - Exercise can make things worse and that's the hallmark of this condition. Rest is key. Anyone new to ME/CFS should look up pacing and ignore Graded Exercise Therapy (GET). If you forget everything else on this list remember this point. My doctor's bad exercise-extolling advice put me in a wheelchair for years and tragically many are still being told to exercise now. 2. Reduce inflammation - LLLT, grounding sheets, Scenar/Denas devices, PEMF, supplements that are gradually introduced (serrapetase, MSM, medicinal mushrooms etc) 3. Address physiological issues - the Perrin Technique is good for lympathic, SNS and structural anomalies (backed by clinicial trials) which are common to CFS cases. 4. Reduce stress - meditation, visualisation and making sure to address or exit toxic relationships. 5. Reduce pollutants and oxygenate - reduce chemical exposure everywhere in life, at least until the body is stronger. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy can be useful as can passive exercisers like Reviber. If you're electrically sensitive there are ways of reducing EMFs or strengthening the body against exposure. 6. Strengthen the gut biome - this will need an individual approach. An anti-infammatory wholefood diet is wise. Avoid harsh, generalised and fad detoxes shared by Influencers as CFS systems need more personalised delicate handling. 7. Boost the immune system - this will also need an individual approach. Some like pharmaceutical anti-virals. Others like herbs, adaptogens, amino acids and vitamin therapy. Immune crashes are common after exertion so that's another reason to pace yourself. Final point: It's rather taboo in the CFS/ME world, but I found healing trauma key to recovery. Even if there isn't a recognisable trauma before the fatigue, prolonged illness in itself creates its own trauma. Fatigue is undeniably physical, but as holistic beings we do our recoveries a disservice if we don't address this aspect. To anyone reading this with CFS or #longCovid know that others have walked this path before you and there is hope. Keep the faith.
Thanks for a great review. As a user of both the NeoRhythm and the HaloSport (I have the original version). I totally agree that the NeoRhythm is very easy to use.

hello cody thank you for sharing these reviews and I have a few questions about the neorhythm since the neorhythm can change brainwaves, such as the energy mode can induce the gamma brain waves so that we can be energetic. however, if the more frequency we use the neorhythm to induce gamma brainwave, the less brainwave we can induce by ourselves ( because some reports said that we can do the loving kindness meditation to induce gamma brainwaves) is that true ? or it just change the brainwaves and it will not affect the intrinsic brainwaves ? thank you

Are you familiar with the David Delight Pro AVE? I wondered how it compared with AVE you mentioned. The David has been recommended to me by a colleague (counselor). Thanks for you video. I didn't realize there were programs to use the Muse as a eeg feedback in realtime. With Covid my referral sources for NF work have dried up since they are not going into the office. So knowing which home based system might be effective is helpful.
As a Thync owner and user I can definitely agree the sticky pads are annoying. However I've found that a $15 TDCS Extender formula on amazon helps extends the life of the pads. Another thing I wish you mentioned was portability. I love the effectiveness of my Thync being able to throw it in a small carton or box and take it with me on long business trips. I wish they had more flexibility in software for addressing specific amplitudes and frequencies but its such a fantastic product for what it does. However I did buy mine second hand, with tons of reusable strips.
Well it's bad to use them if you don't have any kind of disorders. As many products shows everything what we use we become dependent on it. Good luck trying to live with Trigeminal neuralgia for the rest of your live ✌🏽
Uh oh, was that reported as a side effect?
Isn't electro stimulation suppose to be something that treats Trigeminal neuralgia, that's what studies say anyway.
I worry about devices that require Bluetooth connection
I think halo sport is a poor product. After using it I can say I am really unsatisfied for the poor results I got. It’s almost impossible to get a good connection. PEOPLE OUT THERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY HALO SPORT 2. I try to be an active user but I think it’s a bad product
I Cannot Believe you are still advocating Halo Sport, this unit does not work, cannot "NeuralPrime" is a huge con and the Company is Disreputable..Be warned.
how do you know?
I agree mine stopped connecting and was a huge pain getting the nubs soaked enough for the few times it did work
I feel like reading more can get you the same result
What happens if you did both at the same time?
Both :D
