Nah, Cuban is the best. He’s a self-made billionaire, and his net worth is consistently increasing. He’s completely self-made and the ONLY shark from the regular cast who hasn’t cried during a business deal. Once I saw the others cry during emotional pitches I was left with the only billionaire in that room, Mark Cuban.

I’ve always said Kevin is the best shark. Hands down. He almost always gives a deal. He’s real. Doesn’t beat around the bush. Doesn’t get offended when he loses a deal and always congratulates and wishes them the best

Mark Cuban is the most professional out of the lot. Always has nicest things to say even though he doesn't invest in them.

Mark is usually flawless. But when he made that offer to the trophy guys he was starting to say his "yes or no" thing which I respect, but he finished that sentence and Lori instantly started talking, they naturally glanced over to acknowledge someone addressing them and mark did not even give them a moment to say yes and he goes IM OUT... lol... because Lori interrupted?!?!? He did correct himself but he could of put more emphasis on it.
I mean, he said "I'm out" but still got the deal, and did it without giving Lori a chance to speak. If anything I'd say it was one of his best flawless moments.
Snapping in or out isn't really a good tactic it's to controlling or at least say or back out smoothly.

He was smart, he knew that they wanted him. And gave them a higher offer, knowing that the other sharks would counter his offer and try to get with the dudes. Which is why he said “yes or no” It’s a common tactic in economics (which I learned in college)

I'm not sure if Kevin is the best shark, but I'm sure that he is the most deserving person to be a shark and important one during entrepreneurs figuring out the deals.

Mark is grossly under appreciated. He knows how to heat up the room to make a deal but his responses and reasoning why he backs out is clear and respectful.

Kevin has a wine business in his catalogue that's doing great, these dudes should've took his deal, he could've got them in meetings with the top guys in that space since he's been in it and doing well in it for yrs, 96% of 100mil is a lot better than 98% of 25 mil
they focused too much on the money and not at all on the value and doors he would open, i would have taken that deal and run, yes you have to pay back the 500k, but he will make you millions in return, he is working on a deal with costco for his wine, he can easily say add this product to your shelves, set you up with a marketting company, reduce your making costs, scale up the business, your margins go up through the roof, you have a lot of subscribers ...

If I heard it correctly they already had investment rounds most likely their equity is probably thin dry or they have a capital issue and having debt doesn't really help them. They would have accepted without the debt for 4% equity. Or the issue is a bit of both

For the tailgate one his initial offer was really insulting and seemed like more of a hustle, even though them not selling many units did make it seem like the safe play. At the same time they really wanted the other guy or Cuban for the sports connection.

I believe that the Beermkr guys didn’t’ believe in their own product enough. Half a mil for 2% is wild. The offer of getting that in the form of debt isn’t an insane idea at all. Especially when you think of the fact that they came in with that much confidence to ask 500k in the first place. Plus Kevin only went up with 1% wich is also incredibly rare for him
