The one thing that separates mark cuban from any other investor that has been on this show is his ability to sit back and listen and let everyone else talk first. Unless he knows he can get what he wants, countless times he says I’m listening or let him talk and I believe that is a major asset on his part

She's a scam artist that's why. I got those buggy beds a couple years ago and they didn't work AT ALL. I wasted so much money on them and had to end up getting the expensive professionals to spray still. They never show proof, they know they're lying.

The BREATHOMETER guy turned out to be the worst to work with according to Mark Cuban. Plus the company was misleading customers and they didn't have the adequate testing to prove that their machine works. And so it never took off and the company went under.
Yeah, that guy was a total scammer.
Mark's look when he accepted the deal made him suspicious and for the right reasons too apparently!

@@JonnyBeetle yeah i am surprised they didn't ask more about how it worked and the testing that had been done. seems like if the technology was improved it could work accurately, esp if there were directions to directly blow into it, but the guy apparently basically dropped the company to go party with the money he got instead of looking into improvements and testing

I was surprised they invested. Immediate concerns are with accuracy in a small device, plus metabolising of alcohol at different rates in people. Your levels could actually be rising at the time you take the test, if people are not sure if they should drive and think to take a test before driving, then that in itself is reason to not drive.
I always take the mindset regardless if I only intend to have 1 drink I will never drive.

I've been watching shark tank since I was in high school around 2011 and one thing I've learned in all that time is a quiet Mark is a dangerous Mark. Exactly who he's a danger to depends on the conversation. If it's a bidding war he's a danger to the sharks, if he's the last one still in he's a danger to the company.

I can see why it was listed in this top deal video. Charles Michael Yin knew his numbers and knew his facts. There wasn't a point where the Sharks were drawing concerns. It's such a shame aftewards because the investment was poorly managed after that, even reports of Yin using the money to party. NGL. Breathometer was a great product with horrendous execution.

Breathometer dude came in asking for $250k for 10%, valuing the company at $2.5 mil... he then gets an offer from all 5 sharks at a valuation of $3.3 mil, and his CFO says it's "not a high valuation"... it's $800k higher than they valued their own company lol..... anybody with brain cells could have seen this was gonna be a future issue from a mile away, I'm shocked this deal actually went thru after the fact
