I have two pairs. Although I'm not a gamer, I'm an I.T. admin, staring at screens all day long. I spend 60+ hours a week in brightly lit offices with flourescent/LED lighting and Gunnars are truly a godsend. I put them on as soon as I get to the office, and have another pair on my desk at home. If I had the money, I'd invest in Gunnar in a heartbeat.

He was not! 2.5% equity of a company with a 7 million dollar revenue is not the same as 2.5% equity of a company with a 70 thousand dollar revenue. To top it all off, it was not a straight equity buy in. The $750k turned into a loan! Any equity Lori gets is just icing on the cake! He should have stood his ground. The most he should have done is $375k cash and $375k loan for 5%.
Wrong. It won’t revolutionize anything that is PvP. Anyone using this will get slaughtered by normal players. It could maybe change how people play the campaigns but nobody is spending that kinda of money for the cod campaigns that last a day then you go off to multiplayer. It’s cool but it won’t change cod. I will buy one of these, the entire purpose of using the oculus (at least for our family, which love gaming) is that you get a work out with these games, you're fully immersed in the game. My problem really is that I have too much "stuff" in my house and I'm walking into furniture all of the time 🤣 I love everything about this, I am a 45 year old mom with 4 "children" (almost grown out of the house!) We all love the oculus and for us, this would be an add-on device for it, I'm looking for aftermarket add-ons that help make it easier to use. No, gamers are not lazy. Understand your market better sharks, you totally failed to understand it this time around. @KonaWolfe To be fair Blue Light filtering tech doesn't really have sciencitific validation any more so Gunnar's main benefit isn't really "there" so their marketing is a bit sketch. Simply use proper glasses or simple reading glasses to achieve the same "effect" and do eye fatigue mitigation strategies, better long term solutions.

Honestly if that VR device was just a bit cheaper I'd buy it. Playing VR for as long as I have I really don't think it'd be a problem, I always play standing up and I've always wanted something like that to truly feel like I'm not playing a game but inside of it. Those that are into driving simulators are paying $10k+ and pro flight sim players are doing the same. The Omni would would great in arcades, conventions, expos, theme parks and in the home.
They "are" yellow because yellow light is the primary color passing through. It filters out a lot of light at the other color wavelengths. If the light of those colors does not reach your eyes, you do not see that color. I'm no scientist, and I probably garbled that, but it's basically how I understand it as a layperson.

12:21 actually looking at the game he took the boxing Olympian and champion to the demonstration and she was quite literally perfect, perfect technique and all that. But she did absolutely nothing that the game was asking and in the end the game ranked her as an “Amateur” haha and with only 18% accuracy. And the second best to have played the game in the setup that was there a setup that was probably played by only two people.
That’s a perfect example as to why the people making announcements like that on shark tank should use people who actually play games. To avoid situations like that on camera
