Such a great explanation of that weird feeling, like "why do I hate this job so much? I don't hate the work, the place, or the people... so why do I feel so drained, annoyed, hateful, exhausted, stressed??"
I agree with you whole heartedly. I'm tired of working for other people, on their schedules, trying to care about the things they want me to care about. I'm working on building my own businesses and youtube page. Love this content. Thanks for sharing.
You aren't alone feeling this way. I've always felt like a 9-5 is unrewarding and lacks the feeling of enrichment. Because of that I'm always looking for opportunities to build for myself and likeminded people to build with.
Thanks for the video. I can completely relate. I ended up leaving a company I truly enjoyed working for. The boss was great, the culture was positive, and I found the work fulfilling. But after Covid, they required us to be in the office three days a week, which I found frustrating. I was exceeding expectations and thriving while working remotely, so there was no real reason to be in the office other than their preference. Although I tried to adapt, I ultimately realized remote work was essential for my quality of life. It was a tough decision, but I started exploring other opportunities and eventually left, which was heartbreaking because I loved the job and the people I worked with.

Too bad. It sounded like a good deal.
Just a big rant , stay home you obviously do not want to work !
Quit lying to yourself !
Oh aren’t you just a bucket of sunshine 😅
@@daniellemcclellan9159She spent a lot of time explaining that it wasn’t the “work” but the situational stuff. Did you even listen?!
