I do not practice Ashtanga yoga but Hatha only. I am a man and I want to say that Laruga is a really example for me. She combines real strength in the postures with all the grace and feminine sensitivity that i lack . Laruga's style and the quality of the video make this series like ... a real poetry. Things were going well until 53:45 haha! The ankle flexion & rotation there is insane. This is my first time being stumped on a posture. Will be working on this one over the next few weeks.. Lets grow!!
