  • Have you ever felt very tight after a workout? Enter dynamic stretching. Dynamic stretches (aka Dynamic Warm-Ups) are active movements where joints and muscles go through a full range of motion. This is different than the more common static stretching, where people stay still and hold a single position for a specific amount of time.
    DS is beneficial before a workout because it decreases your chance of injury, allows you to use your full range of motion, and increases the temperature of your muscles (hence the term warm-up).
    In these clips, SNU Trainer JJ demonstrates ten EFFECTIVE dynamic warmup exercises for you to try before YOUR next workout.
