Work Disk completed. Some of the previous sounds were reviewed. Corrected.
There are also brand new sounds for your hungry SY77 and SY99. This time I used DX7 as an inspiration where some of them were re-created and given a little touch from my side. Some developed significantly.Some are not even connected to DX7...ENJOY !!!

IMPORTANT: please remember to download MICRO TUNING as the scale is the base for many patches in this set.

EX sheet for conversion I used (Algorithms with 3 in/out like 16,17,18 or 22,24 will be very hard to recreate)...

thanks for your comment...indeed...FM is not the easiest but....some play...some program...I found it fun :)
@@synthoxicatedpafreak7189 great job, you did! I don’t consider programming FM that hard, I have a TX816 and the wondeful dtronics DX hardware programmer. But the SY99 gave me a lot of of headaches with its 999 display sites…
On that link there isn't EX sheet but the file YT-64.PCG which is for some Korg instrument. Could you please check it and repair the link? BTW for which Korg?

@@danielforro-forrotronics3921 Apparently no body was intrested in downloading the excel table. I know there is a professional tool for converting the voices from DX7 into SY77 over internet.
Thanks! Downloaded the Floppy Workdisk and about to load them up to my SY-99 via Maxell Double Density.
Edit: just saw your note about the Micro Tuning. Any tips on how to download/install this? Thanks!
I loaded up the patches and they sound nothing like they do in the vid.. might be the microtuning?

The microtuning you can download as well. The link should be there
Please check the other videos. Also please note that some of the patches created on SY77 and upladed onto SY99 may differ due to different effect setup. Usually there is too much reverb or different delay. In this case try to make it dry and make it wet up to your taste. This is the only way to get it right. Also in SY99 your have more samples available the SY99 get "confused".

How do you turn the syx files into Soundfont files?
Hi, I did not convert anything. One file is a copy from floppy disk and the other one is just SYSEX from SY77 / SY99

How do i get these onto my SY99?
Hi, there are 2 ways. 1 - floppy files - make a copy on a disk. You need to have a floppy disk reader or an old computer with 3,5"" floppy drive.This is the easest way. External floppy drive is cheap. 2 - MIDI - you need to have an interface like OX program which is free and a connecting device MIDI - USB like MIO...when all configured you just transfer the MIDI files to your SY99. How to do - you can find on YT. Hope I made it understable.
