    Alpha destiny, the second you said that "face is everything" you've literally instantly cleared 100% of any doubt I ever had about you. I know now that i can almost trust anything you say as gospel, because you actually know whats going on, and you have the awareness and honesty to admit it.

    If you were to ask a girl what the 3 most attractive muscles are on a man, they would say something else like the arms, chest and shoulders. But what they don’t realize is that when they say that, they are thinking about a guy who ALREADY has a thick neck, back, and glutes. This video is legit!
    .

    • @DJVitorRocio
      @DJVitorRocio 2 роки тому +8

      Yeah, bro. I have such big glutes since when didn't even lift and girls love it. I remember at school some girls talking about mine and some of them grabbing it (they were friends of mine).
      Now that I lift, it has got way bigger (I have literally 103 cm of glutes and I'm not even big) and I feel way sexier when I look myself on the mirror at the gym. At the same time, it looks so weird someone with a upper body well developed but with no glutes, with negative butt (there's many guys on my gym that looks like this).

    top 3, i think you got it pretty much on point. we're talking you walking down the sidewalk, getting looks, drawing attention, wearing clothes, you nailed it.
    once you're naked or in trunks at the beach, you definitely have to add abs to the list. girls love abs. and not just the standard six pack, but that adonis belt that comes from having some developed obliques and hip flexors. these days, you can get away with some higher body fat (i prefer to stay lean because i'm very attached to having the visible abs but that comes with having always been a skinny guy with abs anyways - when i don't have them, i feel lost) but that adonis belt V really gets them either way.
    but for the most part, like you said, it's that overall outer outline, having the masculine broadness and taper.

  • @JosephMyLife

    I would not have picked these things, If you ask most girls they say arms. and when you go out they always go straight to grabbing/rubbing your arms. Yet what this guy is saying does make sense.

    • @AlexLeonidas
      @AlexLeonidas  7 років тому +36

      Gotta look at the logic brother, of course arms are important as well but these by far have the most bang for your buck. Btw, never trust what a woman tells you. If you ask them what they find attractive in a man, they will say a "nice guy", yet in the real world they don't fall for those types of dudes.

    • @JosephMyLife
      @JosephMyLife 7 років тому +4

      haha.. so true! But going by actions, when I walk down the street if girls run up, they immediately grabs and rub your arms, same in the clubs.

    Fuuuaaa, this is a solid video Alex. Besides the muscle groups you mentioned, having massive thick traps also helps (which ties in with a thick neck since they have a serious effect on each other of course), massive forearms that are at least as big as your biceps and triceps combined. There are a number of guys who have good biceps and triceps but their forearms aren't too great, they would automatically look bigger and stronger with massive thick forearms. Also, having thick calves is actually amazing too, similar to the forearm thing, many guys have good quads and hamstrings, and even glutes, but their calves kinda suck, and I find that when you have thick calves, regardless of the pants you're wearing people are definitely going to notice and start mirin a bit.

    • @ascendedsanctuary1751
      @ascendedsanctuary1751 7 років тому

      I just mentioned these muscle groups because a number of people don't bother training them for mass. Having big biceps, triceps, shoulders, a big chest, a thick and wide back, etc, is of course always good. Just don't forget to have massive traps, forearms, and calves as you'll automatically look bigger. Don't be like those guys who have a great chest and arms, but small traps and neck.

    Yeah I agree 100% on neck, but I also think that some direct jaw training would help if your goal was to physically attract as many women as possible. A defined and strong jawline is one of the main things that differentiates a womans face vs a mans face and the face is one of the most important parts of physical attraction, so I'd sprinkle in a bit of jaw work to compliment the neck training. Upper back I agree 100% too and glutes as well.

    • @marilynmunroe5646
      @marilynmunroe5646 7 років тому +14

      Hey Phil, that could hypertrophy the jaw but I semi disagree with you tho. "abs are made in the kitchen" applies to the face as well. I had a picture of me before I got into lifting ( 6 1 @ 160lbs) and my jaw was DEFINED AF. I didn't know what is was called at that time. Bro, at that time, even when I was scrawny, bc. my face and neck was much leaner, I got attention from some VERY beautiful girls. I always wondered what they saw in me. Now looking back, after learning about physical attraction it's HIGHLY likely it was that defined jaw and low neck/face fat. If only I had to confidence to capitalize on those opportunities back then lol. This explains why scrawny dudes with handsome faces don't even have to lift and they can still get attractive girls. On this 1 year bulk atm, and my face is PUDGY. My body is more attractive right now, but all that face fat in my face is hiding my jaw. Thus, your body fat percentage is critical in attraction. And since the first part that got fat was my face, it's sadly is the last part that becomes visible in a cut. #definedjawlineA1

    • @PG.Coaching
      @PG.Coaching 7 років тому +6

      I see what you mean, but just because you were 6'1 at 160lb doesn't mean you had a muscular jawline, it just meant you were most likely very skinny and had not much fat on your face. When I finished with basketball I was 145lb and I never touched a weight but I was shredded, had tons of oblique definition..etc, but that doesnt mean that I was muscular. There are people in africa who are 130lb and super scrawny but they have a ton of ab definition too. What I am trying to say is that there is a difference between being very skinny with definition vs being more muscular. Not the best way to put it but hopefully you get my point.

    • @marilynmunroe5646
      @marilynmunroe5646 7 років тому

      True, I did not have a muscular jawline. BUT it definitely was a visible jawline. Scrawny visible jawline > 1 year +500cal bulking face. Just the face tho. But, cutting down a more muscular face. Maaan. That, you're 100% right. That is the BEST.

  • @paiman_

    I would say the forearms make you look alot more powerful.
    My top 3 would be:
    1) Upper back
    2) Triceps
    3) a tie between the forearms/neck/calves.
    Calves believe it or not is one of the beauty muscles on the body just like the Chest and Biceps. These muscles are not designed to make you look massive but to make you look complete and when combined with the mass muscles, it looks really good. The mass muscles are: Traps, Neck, Forearms, Glutes, Quads, Back, Triceps. The beauty muscles are: Biceps, Chest, Delts, Hamstrings and Calves. without these "beauty" muscles, you will just look retarded and vice versa. You gotta have a bit of both.

    Hey Alex I have a question for your next Q&A. I have some sciatica pain in my left buttock region and went to a doctor to check if it was a herniated disc. He claimed that it was a tight piriformis and instructed me to do an X-Ray to rule out a disc. After doing an X Ray the doctor confirmed I have piriformis syndrome. After weeks of stretching my sciatica got much better but it's still not good enough for me to start rack pulling and rowing again. Any advice to how I should go about this?
