    The lateral head of the triceps when developed properly can give you good width. Hardly is this ever mentioned. Wider arms makes a person look wider as they will take up "more space".

    Alpha and Phil thanks for the video. I wanted to ask for some advice or a link to mobilizations for the overhead press. I'm a novice and my elbows, neck in the clavicle area and upper back hurt when in the resting position of the lift. the bar doesn't rest on my clavicle it is hovering a bit below my chin. I can't get it to touch without compromising form. I have been doing mobilization on my elbows for flexion, sticking a lacrosse ball on my traps and lats, and mobilizations for my overhead mobility. Any tips? Thanks in advance guys

  • @jojoba998
    @jojoba998 7 років тому +2

    Illusion strategy for Alex: Buy t-shirts that are have regular crew neck cuts and not v necks. If the neck hole is tight it will sit on top of your traps and make your neck look shorter, thus making it look thicker.

    Wide grip pullups work the long head of the triceps. I have to use the assistance machine to get more ROM.
