Loved this so much! Fun and sweaty! It was my first time doing step in 3-4 months. Remembered all the moves, loved the entire routine! ❤❤❤ I mainly do strength and kickboxing now, so I’m happy I decided to complete this step class after arms and legs tonight! WOW!!! I’m a sweaty mess but feel good! I have a different cardio class tomorrow but I will definitely do the mobility and stretch class, since I missed doing one yesterday (I do it on Sundays mainly). Thank you!!! ❤❤❤❤

I loved this fast basic step. Just getting over a terrible flu so workouts were only a few times a week at best. So I have to work back up to where I was. Decades of step but sometimes the body gets sick. So don’t beat yourself up if you can’t go full force right away with 2 risers. Take it day by day. This was the first 30 minute step I got through in 2 weeks and I’m delighted!!!!! No achievement is too small to be a win!!!❤

So much sweat and fun! This was perfect and definitely in a way, harder than advanced because for me anyway, I keep having to stop and rewind in advanced so as not to trip. By the way, Chris's tip on wearing a weight vest was interestingly endorsed by Dr Gupta on CNN as he was advised by his doctor to do so as a way to build a stronger spinal column. Chris knows her stuff ❤❤❤
I know there are some out there who only want to do the advanced step, but I love the bpm of these fast basic steps! Thanks again! Not sure how you can call the queues at 145 bpm!
Fast basic is great for getting steps in. I had an appointment earlier so my step count was way down today & this added over 3000 to mine.This is so much more fun than just walking around the house on a gloomy day. Thanks!

I have only been doing step for about a year. 145 is the fastest I’ve ever done and I LOVED IT!! I totally had to just listen and move. Never mind thinking!! Again, Chris, something new that blew my mind!! Thank you again and again!! ❤️
