Jimmy is my uncle...he had that state record in a clear case that was amazing, and a twin right beside it...I sure miss him. It's nice to see he's still remembered in the fishing world.

Even though I have a boat, My go to technique in Wilmington is fishing form the yak and ocassionally wade...... In Emerald Isle. I have some fantastic areas that I kayak close then get out and wade the last 70 to 100 yards..... Silence is Golden. I got 16 over 25 inches last year using these two techniques on Paul Browns and MR17s.

I see where you got 1 thumbs down on this episode from a dingle berry. Don’t know why, but it is a great episode. That being said, since the time is coming up for the waders, please think about the clothing to wear to wear under the waders to keep us from freezing. Keep up the good work. BTW need some red shad FB’s. Take care!

@@easterncurrentfishing no I live in Va but do all my inshore fishing in NC. The traffic of Va inshore keeps me away from there. I worked in new Bern a few weeks ago and stayed around Newport but didnt get to do any fishing, it really sucked because I was pretty much on the water looking at the lights from emerald isle or Indian beach but didnt have the time or equipment to fish and all the local guys I worked with and met while I was there didnt fish haha. I mostly fish oriental or vandemere with my brother, we come down for a day or so 6 or 7 times a year.

I fish at Lockwood Folly Bay near Holden Beach NC. Water is brackish most of the time. What recommendation would you give me for an all around Paul Brown. Thanks john
