Congratulations on 100k Daddy Jack!!! The something out of nothing meals turn out to be the best sometimes. This looks absolutely delicious! Cant wait for the zoom
Big hug from DFW. Will always remember our trek to your restaurant in New London, CT. You treated us like family. Wishing you and Lakisha and Axle the BEST!
Just saw your videos recently and now I’m watching all the Chaplin’s classics as well, you know I didn’t know how to properly dice a carrot until I watched your video and I always save my fat ...your one heck of a chef .....aloha from hawaii brother .....
@@CookingWithTheBlues Make sure to get some pulled pork when you visit your family in North Carolina. Western North Carolina barbecue is different than Eastern North Carolina. Western just the pork shoulder. Eastern it's the whole pig.
Been watching this guy’s videos for 3-4 years now. Subscribed a year or so ago. Keep it coming Jack!!’ Love your content.... Personally, I prefer your commercial gas stove. But I love how you’ve adapted to the home kitchen electric range. Out of curiosity. Who’s the lady behind the camera? Assuming it’s your daughter.
Now what's this Big Betty BBQ sauce? Is it a local sauce? I'm gonna have to try Noble's bbq. Not sure I've ever tried BBQ out of a New England restaurant before.lol But with a nod from you & a Myron Mixon smoker-- those things have to make the place worth a try.
Mr. Jack. I understand you like the teflon pan for certain things for non stick, but that cast iron will do that for you, too, as you already know... as I under stand it using metal utensils on teflon is bad, you can chip off the coating over time and get in that beautiful food you always make... Anyways, your the chef its your kitchen, sir... do as you will. the sammy looked awesome!!!!
Highlight of the clip - “Axle, chew with your mouth shut!”. Classic. That yankee bbq looks very tasty, DJ! Thx for the well wishes after our ice storm. Texas was just not ready for ANYTHING like that, we need to rebuild our swimming pool pump/plumbing, and found out today that none of the pool stuff is covered by insurance! Wonderful. But it could be much worse as many around us have broken pipes in theirs homes, and are having issues with their cars. Again, Texans weren’t prepared for anything like that, as it never snows in TX!!!!
Read today that there are still many in surrounding neighborhoods who are still without water, now over three weeks since the ice storm? I can’t even imagine that. 🙏
