Montana Daddy Jack's Fan Club representin'... Thank God the Covid restrictions are slowly but surely lifting here in Montnan. Thankfully our local eating establishments are back open. It made me think about you folks in CT. I pray life and business is returning to normal for you folks as well. Far and away the worst part about this last year has been how it's effected those Americans who are brave enough to start a business. Especially a restaurant. It's never easy I am sure. We are all looking forward to seeing you cook and provide content from your wonderful restaurant!!!

I had a feeling those carrots wouldnt cook on that low of heat in the amount of time he said. They sounded crunchy.
Tender crisp, not mushy. Also, split them lengthwise and use them as the rack.

Actually, that no vote does more good for the channel than the VAST majority of viewers that do not click at all. The ONLY thing that matters about the "vote" system is the interaction itself.
