    Showed me it doesn’t have to be fancy. Waste nothing to get the purest taste. Homemade stock is the key to all cooking. I pray your family is well and cooking in your memory. Thank you to your family for still sharing Your blessings on us all.

    I am still drinking the worlds best coffee like in your video this morning. Bought the same perculator and the same coffee made it exactly the same whipping cream, honey and all. I love it I am hooked on it.

    Thank you! As a kid, my grandmother taught me that you never the true thickening power of your roux until it comes back to a boil. You have just said this and I heard Emeril say it years ago. Such an easy tip for beginners. God Bless, stay safe.

    Montana Daddy Jack's Fan Club representin'... Thank God the Covid restrictions are slowly but surely lifting here in Montnan. Thankfully our local eating establishments are back open. It made me think about you folks in CT. I pray life and business is returning to normal for you folks as well. Far and away the worst part about this last year has been how it's effected those Americans who are brave enough to start a business. Especially a restaurant. It's never easy I am sure. We are all looking forward to seeing you cook and provide content from your wonderful restaurant!!!

    I had to look up what a Porketta was. Made me salivate when you cooked the gravy! Love gravy. Also... surprise music to close! I hit thumbs up and was about to close it when it started. Nice.

      Tender crisp, not mushy. Also, split them lengthwise and use them as the rack.

      Actually, that no vote does more good for the channel than the VAST majority of viewers that do not click at all. The ONLY thing that matters about the "vote" system is the interaction itself. If you really want to use "fighting words" with someone then aim them at the folks who deserve it, the folks that don't vote at all.
