Good one. I've been doing one of the other 20-minute morning routines each day. It has airplane, which I am not very good at, still, and I like to practice. But I wasn't enthused about airplane this morning so tried this and I enjoyed it just as much--upper body work and side planks, less balance, which is exactly what I felt like doing.
Really glad you enjoyed this one Leo! Stay consistent and your airplane will improve. Modifications are always a good things, so be sure and use something to help you balance if necessary.

Words are not necessary. Just put the video on silent and follow the poses. Do each pose about five times and breathe in and out naturally through your nose. I hope this helps.
i am so sad i didnt find out your channel earlier so i could buy this program instead of the one i bought from Asana Rebel.Theyre nothing close to the way youre explaining the moves, what to look out, what to improve, make sure which muscles to activate.... such a shame, next time i get some money i'll put it on this one 100%

We always suggest combining yoga with other forms of fitness, like weightlifting. You're rounding your back and not using your core and compensating for a lack of hamstring flexibility. Bend your knees.
