Miele Dishwasher Inlet Drain Light Flashing

Miele Model: G4101 - Purchased 2012, Australia
Inlet/Drain light flashing issue happened in 2021. The metal ball in the non-return valve has stuck. Issue comes and goes. During issue cycle, no residual water after cycle finished.

Replaced by: 5750095
I purchased 5750093 from eBay, but got sent 5750095. Seller has no stock of 5750093, and no stock anywhere.
5750095 is working alright, even it is not identical.

Excellent video - extremely useful - it pays to clean the non return valve under running water into both holes until you can see the ball moving both ways.

I the same problem. Instead orf replacing the valve I just put some olive oile inside, let it bath in it for few minutes and it works like new. »The rubber got soft with oil and does not hold the metal pellet inside,. Thanks for video.
