Gratosicholo We do, but the reason Hafthor stopped doing UA-cam before was because he became distracted during his sessions. If Tommi (his videographer) just filmed his workouts, edited and uploaded them we’d still all watch because it’s super interesting watching how this freak of nature trains

Higher than usual incline, didn't need slaves to position the dumbbells for you, picked up 100kg bell with one hand, no assistance on the first rep....respect

@@Seethersurge He surely is one of the strongest to ever live, I think he is the allround best strongman competitor(stamina, speed and strength), he has no weaknesses
@@Seethersurge Brian Shaw is the one guy that matches Bjornsson pretty much 100%, they are so similar. I guess those 2 are amongst the top 3 of the strongest. Bjornsson seems to be fitter now than Shaw and he is also more explosive. The 3rd would be Mateusz Kieliszkowski which has only the weakness in deadlift. Overall Savickas was one of the greatest ever surely. But right now Bjornsson is probably overall the strongest. I guess in WSM the top4 would be Thor - Shaw - Mateusz - Licis , assuming there is no injury...

Also, it has been great seeing and hearing your grip monster father, cute & loving wife, and very strong strongman mates helping you with your training in recent videos (Larry Wheels and Jujimufu)... so definitely keep including them! Thors dumbbell press has improved massively. Not just in weight. But in technique and his ability to set the weight up. For ages his left shoulder looked weak. Now he's looking solid as fuck

Great video! I'm glad to see you doing UA-cam again, Thor. I don't think talking to the camera isn't 100% necessary. Chances are that a lot of people enjoy getting to see the training and they understand that being the host of the video can be distracting, particularly when you're close to competition time.
Tommi, as a videographer myself I'd recommend setting the camera so that the shutter speed is synced with the lights so that there isn't a horizontal flickering. I'm assuming the lights are running at 50 Hz in Iceland so the camera should be at 1/50th of a second as well. Otherwise fantastic video! Keep it up!

For your incline dumbell press, if you find better stability and hand position you can easily make a fourth rep and may be a fifth. A sixth if you work specifically for it. But you already now it 😊

Top 3 (in no order) will be Thor, Licis, Shaw. All 3 are looking fantastic. Thor is getting bigger and stronger by the day, Licis is the master of technique and efficiency and looks immense at the moment and Shaw is the man who shows us grit and heart.
I honestly don't care who wins out of those 3 because they deserve it equally.

Shutter speed is off because the flickering of the ceiling lights is visible. Also maybe little bit too hectic with the camera following the lifts up and down. Just some friendly tips to pick up on for future videos maybe. :-)

I was going to politely comment the same thing. The camera doesn't need to move that much to follow the action and still be interesting--it can make it more difficult to watch. Same with zooming a lot. I think a good job is being done and he wants it to be done well. (Tommi Thor still?) So I know he's serious about doing well and will improve as time goes on. Keep up the good work. We love this stuff.
@@dr.alkill5186 yes probably. And it can be good with time. Also would like to add to my original comment that it would be nice to see the whole move from a little further away. I think people who go to the gym themselves would appreciate seeing the whole thing so they can see the technique (raw power lol).

Tommi(video man) please change the shutter speed on the video setting of the camera or even the fps to eliminate this fluorescent lights flicker that we can see in the video.
That way, the video quality matches Thor's lifting .
