Big Brian weighed 450lbs at his heaviest I read. Thor looks in great shape. But you need a bit of fat on as well for fuel. But I like the Big Guy. I like Thor and Brian. 💪🏻💪🏻
@@jamesglass4842 Why would fat give you "fuel"? That plain untrue. Its a good thing for leverage and for events where you need to use that weight to pull stuff. But, Bidy mainly consumes Carbs to get energie not fat. Fat is being used after a certain amount of time that is wayyyyy longer than any strogman event.
Hafthors highest bodyweight was 205 kg (around 450 lbs)
