yeah when watching these guys work out it can sometimes slip the mind on how heavy these weights are, but 223kg is nothing to scruff at.

What’s crazy is that if you ever see Sebastian Oreb in person he is a big guy himself, but he is dwarfed standing with Hathor.
McBain Brian Shaw is the only person that looks normal beside Hathor. Real world Giants.
Sebastian Oreb lists his height at 5'11" and 231 pounds. Definitely beefy but not so tall.

In your video edit program you can duplicate your clip and place it right over the original clip.
Set the opacity to 50% and move that clip forward just one frame.
Play your clips and hopfully the flicker is gone or almost gone 🙂 🎥

@@experimentalviking you can also try recording the footage next time in a different frame rate, I know in Australia it helps recording at 25fps over 24 to deal with our fluorescent light flicker in videos

Top Set, last rep as fast as the first. Unreal. Alien. I think this was good for at least 15 reps.
He's bouncing the weight on those things to the right and left though. Much easier to get out of the hole that way. Still incredibly impressive, but I like Martins 6x705 below parallel strict squats better. That support at the bottom easily counts for the extra 30lbs.
