Was never a fan of Earnhardt growing up but always knew how much he meant to NASCAR and when he died I was only 15 and cried like I lost a close family member. I miss the man terribly to this day.
I was not a fan of Earnhardt. I was a Rusty guy. I used to hate that black #3 on the track, but I cried like a baby the night he died. This man embodied the spirit of nascar racing, and it clearly has not been the same since his passing.
clearly it hasn't been da same you're rite and one thing u had 2 respect Dale was how he respected u since he didn't feel any different than u, he always said how he admired all fans even those who hated him because he came from da same common grass roots, as da tagline said for DALE behind the wheel he was a legend behind the legend he was one of us
I was more of a Bill Elliot fan and hated Earnhardt, too. On the day he died, I didn't care about the loss. I was glad he was gone. Looking back now, I see what a real Jack-wagon I was. I respect the Earnhardt family now and will forever.
I love & miss you very much Dale! I'll never forget that I yelled your name at Charlotte Motor Speedway and I waved at you and you waved back! I remembered pointing at you and gave you a thumb up and you pointed back at me and gave me a thumb up! I'll never forget and I'll treasure the 98 Daytona 500 forever! Forever you will be the man! #3

Just a little heads up to everyone who likes Brent.... He is on American Idol right now (season 8!!) and has made it thus far... I am hoping he will WIN... but he can only do so with the fans support!!!!! :) Oh, and he is also from Cincinnati :) Just my little tid-bit. I know several people who know him, hahaha. nascar is the only sport where the loss of a driver is still felt 10 years later.
It's still felt now, nearly 18 years later.
@@furrball7513 Next year, it'll be 19 years, and then in will 20 short years.

amen.
ur link there doesnt work saw the show and i want to see it again when u watch it it says playlist error
When did this music video come out?!
@blambert19 jr would prob have a championship or 2 also... and johnson MAY have 2.
Tressa give the kids their dad's stuff
Who's the singer
@goldenguy190 under the old points format (no chase) johnson would only have two...the chase has made him seem better than he actually is.
Jake Brewer right Gordon would already have seven
What happened to this kid? Real good country rock voice
He actually sings for a church
Never made it in the industry, sadly.
22 year ago dale Earnhardt Sr die in 2001 February 18 2001
