i'm recommending your channel to all my friends and family that have started complainng about body aches either because they overdo certain activity or don't do any workout. People get comfortable with whatever activity they like doing, but don't consider overuse injuries. Your workouts are perfect blend of variety and utility to help most people.
Great workout as always. I slipped into a rut for almost a year, just caving in to chronic pain, exhaustion, a mobility disorder, and worse, focusing on other people's priorities. I put on a bunch of fat and lost a lot of the positive gains I'd made... But I'm getting myself together again and knew exactly which channel to go to to get myself moving!

Using blocks, either under your knees or as platforms for you hands, can help. Sometimes you just need a small change or progression step to help your body unlock a movement pattern. I know you'll get it 🤘🏽

Your workouts are simply great because I don't have to count any repetitions, sets and weigh - I just relax an concentrate on the quality of movement.
