Dude, my ADHD brain LOVES these videos. Keeps me from getting bored! Not to mention, my body feels so much more limber and less stiff since starting your workouts! Thank you for being awesome my friend!
Thanks Kallen! I’ve been sharing your work with my son in law! He loves this practice! So do I 🎉 Although, being a female at 56, my wrists have been diagnosed with severe carpel tunnel but I’ve found ways to work with you without over using them. 🙏🏼
Finally back to getting back to your workouts! Thank you so much for all you do! Love this one and boy was I sweating! Feeling stronger already!! Sending you and all beings infinite prosperity and abundance in all forms!!
My favourite so far. The right balance of hitting all the body's limbs, core and levels. I find that sometimes your sessions can be too ground and push focused even if i still love these as well. I hope you have variation on this on your platform. GOOD JOB 👍 👍
Great workout! My dorsiflexion doesn't allow me to do some of the getups without crossing my ankles which means a lot of adjusting position. I'm plenty strong enough, but the mobility isn't there. I've had ankle issues since childhood. I've been trying to improve dorsiflexion for years with minimal change. Wondering if I should just settle into my body is put together differently. I am very strong with pointed toes. My foot sit flat to the floor and can bear weight all day long. Who knows? I'll keep working on it. I just get frustrated sometimes because I know I am strong enough.
I don't have great dorsiflexion and struggled with some get ups as well. In my experience, traditional ankle mobilizations yielded limited improvements in ROM. Working on strength in deep hip flexion & tibialis my has been far more beneficial to acquiring those get ups. Personally chasing that dorsiflexion wasn't doing anything for me. However, I still work on resiliency through exercises like weighted calf raises & heels up split squats.
For someone who can't do the roll up to the standing position my knees just won't cooperate with that move at least not yet what would be a good modification to be able to get the full movement. I can do the rollbacks
Figure Four Rolling Get Up. Definitely recommend taking advantage of my free 10-day intro course that fully covers the basic patterns and key modifications to your ground movement practice. Link in description.

First time doing this routine but I must say it's not for newbies with stiff joints. I'll come back to it later.
I have a free 10-day course specifically designed for those new to ground-based movement practice. Link is in the description.

Is this applicable fir seniors? Thank you for your content!🥰
I would ease into these routines and Kellen always says to modify as needed (which I do, age 60)
❤❤❤❤
