Atlantic City is Born Again

Atlantic City is Born Again. I did a walking tour and noticed the people had returned. The boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey had big crowds of people. The locals and tourists were walking and talking. There were tram cars available for anyone who didn't want to walk on the boardwalk. It was a nice hot day to lay out on the beach. Wow! All of these people on the boardwalk remind of the "glory days" of Atlantic City that I've heard about. It's such a blessing to see that Atlantic City has been born again.

A lot of people are always saying how terrible AC is. Like it's this horrific place. Yes, it has its off season which is the Wintertime. But who wants to be on a boardwalk during the cold months? Everyone is mostly inside the casinos during that time. And everything picks back up in the Spring. AC is no worse than any other major touristy city around the U.S and even the world. They all have good and bad. No place is perfect.

visited in 2014 when the NEW casino at end of the board walk was open - the boardwalk was a big disappointment. Since then many Casinos have closed or been torn down .

My entire childhood was spent vacationing in AC. That began in 1956. When I tell you, in the old days, the crowds on the boardwalk were almost shoulder to shoulder and lasted waaay past
