- The most common question that I get asked is How do I get a job? I have learned Salesforce and I know how to create applications on it but I am not able to find a job. What to do now?
So here's a 7 step guide that we'll act as a bible for you to get a job in Salesforce domain as a fresher.

Hi Shrey, you are a great help for the people who are aspiring their career in Salesforce. Very recently I started watchig your videos , let me tell you , you are a techie as well as a motivational speaker. I worked in sales ops in a company which uses Salesforce CRM as a tool. My job was to manage cases related to profiles, users, Accounts, opportunites etc(as a end user)..Also built reports and dashboards for adhoc requirements. My Concern here is based on my experience I did not get any vacancy calls from 6 months. So, I enrolled for classroom based SFDC admin course. But, still not sure of getting a job in the industry. Even though I understand programming concepts, am not a kind of programming person. Could you please help me to get on to a right path? your suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As you said certification is not a prerequisite not a vip pass.....i understand that but Sir certification is very costly if we don't have that much perfect knowledge we might not able to answer 100 percent interview questions so again we won't get job at the end of the day.

Great content but slow down and pronounce your words a little more clearly
Save yourselves 29:48 minutes... Certifications are just the prerequisites is not your golden ticket... you have to do a lot of Networking on linkedin and apply to temp agencies or beg someone to give you a chance to hire you because you have no experience and nobody has the time to train anyone on the job like in the past so if you are willing to do all of that you will get a job sacrifices have to be made!
But I've seen openings for freshers.... And hiring freshers can help in cost cutting for companies.
Training (info about flow and details of project) is given to experienced people also....
Admin is easy , & if any fresher has required development (coding) knowledge, then why not hire a fresher??
