Beautiful location and setting. I don't understand how Zee Prompt could be considered a premium offering when it doesn't come with the traditional black fabric material to cover the top and sides of the unit, in order to prevent light from coming in. Also, there are no options for SDI In/Out or even HDMI Out for that matter. PrompterPeople holds a serious advantage over them, in that their products are trusted and just work. Lot more bang for your buck as well.

I should clarify! If you don't use a mattebox and just a lens. There is a section that drops down and covers the whole back. This video demonstrates this - ua-cam.com/video/TZyPBY1iMVE/v-deo.html
But you're absolutely right! It is was overpriced for what it is. If this thing was priced at $400 bucks I would probably keep it. PrompterPeople is definitely the standard. I love their products and customer support. Im hoping they do something similar to this in the future.

Hi Joel, I can't seem to find this setting in the camera menu for using the external monitor while recording in XAVC QFHD. Let me explain... I have the same camera (FS5) and the same Feelworld monitor connected via HDMI. When I want to record in XAVC QFHD 2160 and I'm setting up the scene, I can see the image on the external monitor (Feelworld) and on the camera monitor. But when I start recording, the image on the Feelworld disappears and I can only see it on the camera monitor. I had gotten used to it until I saw your video. Could you explain how you do it? It would help me a lot. Thank you and a hug from Catalonia (Spain)

You got it! There is a setting: "REC OUTSET | VIDEO OUT | OUTPUT SELECT | QFHD REC OUTPUT | SELECT EXTERNAL OUTPUT" follow that menu structure and you should be able to select the output. I hope that helps!!! Thanks for watching!!!

I would go for one of the many very easy set up iPad promoters for that size . Also want happens if the glass cracks ,or the monitor breaks , you have to buy a whole new item . It's an advantage to have them separate . I have an iPad prompter for the small shoots , and an IKAN when they want bigger screens and there is an operator for the promoter . That thing is a crazy price for a is basically a knock off cheapo item . Should be $200 .
