Here is mission 5: Clear Hard Mode for Dry Lagoon.
Very easy level. The first two shards are literally near each other, which are both easy to get. The third shard is in the other part of the level, which requires the treasure scope to see an invisible spring to get it.
Score needed: 17000

For knuckles and rouge, the hard mode is actually easier cuz the emerald shards are always in the same places.
