    Andrew D. Huberman is an American neuroscientist and associate professor in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine who has made many contributions to the brain development, brain plasticity, and neural regeneration and repair fields. Much of his work is focused on the visual system, including the mechanisms controlling light-mediated activation of the circadian and autonomic arousal centers in the brain, as well as brain control over conscious vision or sight.
    Huberman has been credited with coining the term "Non-Sleep Deep Rest" (NSDR), referring to practices that place the brain and body into shallow sleep to accelerate neuroplasticity and help offset mental and physical fatigue.

      @Alhajfnfncudj 4 дні тому

      Personally if you want some advice dont partake in a whole day dedicated to shoulders they are a tiny muscle group like your calves would you dedicate a whole day to calves? You literally only need to warm up do a good heavy working set where you only have a maximum of 2 reps left in the tank drop the weight a 10-25% and get sets of 10-15 slow n staady reps n tell me your not burning after. Compounds first isolation next. I never do more than 2 exercises 3 sets each for front n side shoulders/delts on my push days n typically only one exercise 3 sets for rear delts on pull day honestly thats all you need you dont need to do too much if thats too easy your not putting relevent effort in the weight or time under tension category

    Pre-workouts got so many ingredients in them (often 10-15 mixed) that some of them will for sure give you negative effects in the long run. I got big heart problems in the end after using for many years in the gym. Got really addicted to the point I started to use it outside of the gym. Ive always eaten clean, no alcohol or drugs, no steroids. Only my PWO as a daily gym addiction. If anyone is reading this. Start drink some coffee instead. You body and heart will really suffer with pre-workouts in the end.

      Dopamine is the universal currency for desire and motivation. Every time you feel yourself desiring a hit of weed, that is dopamine hitting your brain telling you to go seek it out. Over time, that pathway will become more and more eroded until you are no longer getting the same pleasure you once did from that desire to smoke, you are only doing it to get a very small hit of fleeting dopamine. The best thing to do is take breaks, have control over your usage, and be able to go back to it after you have reset your baseline.
