    Day 1:It was the easiest workout I ever done also i didn't sweat at all.
    Day 2:woke up went to the mirror and saw that my chest is much more smaller.
    Day three:My chest is hurting so bad but it got smaller again!
    day 4:I kept doing this exercise despite all the pain .-my chest got smaller and more tough.
    Day 5: my current day - my man boobs got lost im very happy ,i suggest you doing this exercise more often .Peace !
    -i will continue doing this and ill update

    The exercises are OK.
    It would be great if an exercise would be demoed, then a 3-5 second timer would count, and then the exercise counter would start.
    Also, the background music is horrible.

      Svend Press is meant to be done by squeezing your chest and holding it there for the entire exercise duration. So it is "hold is there" exercise
