The male driver of the Ford Focus was driving southbound on 4th Ave, and the female driver of the Nissan Versa was making a left-hand turn from northbound 4th Ave onto westbound H St. It's unclear who had the "Green" light, but the two collided.
The male driver ended up off the roadway and in between two large metal poles and started to enter the bank's parking lot at that location. The female stopped her vehicle at the intersection. Both the male and the female were transported to a local hospital for their unknown injuries. Several lanes were blocked in the southbound 4th Ave and the eastbound H St.
Looks like that driver nearly lost his Focus there
I’ve noticed, the arrow/non arrow lights are confusing for some individuals. And now that we have the lights for the bike lanes, 🤦🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️… it’s only going to get worse.
And here’s one more reason to stay home and avoid all the calamity.
What I see a lot of in Chula Vista is the green arrow turns red and cars keep coming through the intersection expecting through traffic to stop for them.
It's not limited to Chula Vista...it's everywhere!
sidenote: I see the new hotel by the bayfront coming along nicely.
Looks like an expired tag on the Focus from 2022. If that's the case, he shouldn't have even been driving it.
I read it as SEP 2024.
@@slipknot4849 easy way to tell is ea year is color-coded: light green is 2022; 2024 is blue colored & 2025 incoming is yellow

Where do people learn how to drive? It's a problem
It’s not “where do people learn how to drive”, they just learn to drive to get the license, after that they can drive however the hell they want & these stupid “student drivers” bumper sticker says it all.
If you don't like the way I drive, then stay off the damn sidewalk.
