Ive came back to this video many times whenever i remember and im trying to get it into my routine since im trying to be more consistent with one but i was studying while having some neck and back pain and this really helped alot thank you
I'm on day 5 of doing them around 12pm & when i finish work around 5-6pm ~ I'm alreasy feeling the relief & benefit of these simple exercises (saw on TT 1st but prefer YT for longer content & playlists!) I have tiny spinal curvatures in my mid & upper back between my shoulder blades, fibromyalgia, chronic hip & knee pain and also W@H 4xdays on a laptop + my phome too!! I do not have the greatest posture & have been lazy with my back + neck exercises recently where my fibromyalgia's been flaring up. Having gentle exercises that engage, stretch & maintain my muscles & core are so, so important to help my chronic pain conditions ~ so glad I found McKay, as they're genuinely just so lovely wanting to share techniques & skills to help others 😊💛✨️✨️ @Mkay ~ Love your calming energy & the way you make the steps so easy to follow for us, so thank you firstly & hope you had a great birthday ~ here's to an amazing year ahead for you 🥳🎉✨️✨️
I'll start this tonight..! And I'll make sure to update y'all after 5 days!🌷 Update: It made my posture better than earlier! The excessive fat around my neck is almost gone....and even my back look pretty nice! It makes your shoulders and neck feel so relieved and not only that...it also makes us uncomfortable if we're sitting with hunched back and that's what is supposed to happen!! Imma update after more 5 days!
@@satoslyric4001bro I'm sorry it's been 5 days I haven't replied cause I didn't receive the notification💀 so anyways....it felt quite good as I could feel that the amount of weight on my neck due to that neckhump was decreased..like it felt lighter..but I discontinued doing this excercise for like 2 weeks I guess as I'm too lazy and now I regret cause my hump got worsen now..and umm I did start the 5 workout again....andd yes, this workout works!!
I'm on day 3 of this, and have already noticed a difference. Still got a way to go, but the improvement is noticeable. I do this at my desk at home, either standing or seated, when I have a spare 5 minutes

I genuinely am starting to see a difference in my neck and I've only done it a few times. My posture had been getting so bad recently I noticed a hump like actually from looking down but its been going back to normal and my posture has been improving as well

@aliyah2436 well , it is really helpful and improved my breathing , it feels like my Chest been opened for the first time , I think my previous posture was creating kinda Pressure on my Respiratory system
