I cut all those clamps off and welded everything to the frame . I am also a big boy at 300lbs 😊. The nuts are for reflectors. I bought a 5’ chain and it was plenty to make it work .
My MB301ES sounded similar to yours on takeoff so I installed stiffer driver clutch springs to engage clutch at a higher rpm. Worked much better and keeps the rpm's up better throughout the speed range. Your mileage may vary. Cheers.
The small nut on each side of the rear top end is for a racing number plate similar to the MB200 but I did not get any on my Coleman B200x which is the same frame as the mega moto 212 minus the drive chain being on the wrong side. Also, that small box tab on the rear tail is for a red reflector, but you could stick a nice red brake light there as well.
Sweet build. There Is still a knock.(You probably checked by now)With taller knobbies, you'll definitely want to change that rear spring. Can't wait to see you and Lonnie riding again.
Awesome video new sub definitely showing this to my dad and my kiddos I will be doing the conversion kit thank you making it to possible for normal people to be able to look up videos like this and learn
Is the camera amplifying the valve noise? It seems extreme on this video with u riding. Or is this normal with the valve setup your running on this 420cc. Ive watched all your videos. I remember in beginning asking u about minibikes and u said u only did gokarts at that time. As you mentioned in the past minibikes can be ridden in more places. Loved all my minibikes. Only gokart i had i really enjoyed was dingo with just a cage over engine 40 series torque converter on my briggs 8hp. Was stock but worst part was the band break setup. I changed it out for manual disk before the frame broke. Was going to change to hydraulic disk but ended up sell the dingo to a friend that could weld and get it going for his son.
Could run exhaust pipe forward & around to other side? Options would be location of muffler closer to front or have pipe Longer Locating muffler father rearward past shock...even making a low pipe below foot pegs with an "UPSEPT" MUFFLER STYLE...EXERSIZE THE *IMAGINATION*
About to put my 420 stage 2 on my tiny little mega monster Moto 80 with the blow motor I had a lot of fun with the last year My wife says I'm going to get myself killed on this thing but man it's fulfilling a life long dream I like to go really really fast taking off really fast like being loaded ground I love my carts but it's been a lifelong dream to build a mini bike with the biggest fastest torch motor that I can find and I have found that the 420 predator side for going bigger are going to be well that's what I'm about to do hopefully everybody hears about it hopefully I'm able to figure out how to get it posted I like to think that I'll have the fastest mini bike in the state of Indiana
I saw that they said the kit is adaptable for a Coleman CT200U-EX, but it has to be modified. Unfortunately, my shop lacks the tools to modify the kit, I need a direct bolt-on solution!
Alexa says "steel impregnated with oil" only means the part was dipped in oil and is protected by a thin outer layer of oil, usually vegetable. I do not believe any oil is actually inside the metal molecules. I would lube it up well done.
Hey man I was wondering what you thought about the stage 4 kit from go power sports i was thinking about putting one of them on my Mega moto 212 predator engine and I don’t know what I’m doing😅
Hey red I have a mega Moto pro I would love for you to fabricate that same gas tank you have so I can put on the back of mine as well what would be the cost what would be the cost for you to fabricate that gas tank
Please don't take this the wrong way but you're content is becoming a little repetitive the buggy builds are great but I've stopped watching as much . Just some feed back
Just totally of topic for a minute...it's really cool to see how far you and your shop have come dude! ...speaking of the good ole days! I wanna get this kit for my MM 212 but just dropped alot on stage 2 so need lil time. Can't wait!
Go Power Sport need to get you in the lab when they’re developing these kits next time I’m sure you would have spot that battery box issue.
Everyday you are alive is a "good ole day". Life is a blessing enjoy everyday while you can.

I love your dog, I just got a Pyrennes/Husky mix, 4 months old! :)
I “modified” my rear fender and welded my battery box to the engine plate with a gusset. Used an upgraded 212 though. So fun to watch this build!
I sure like your 420 setup Greg and that pipe sounds really good.
Thank you for all you do. 😁Doug from Canada
Mini bikes turned MEGA bikes.
This is the bike i want right here.
Am i the only one?🤭

When my brother first got his sway arm kit it's fun to ride now it's like you're floating on air🎉
I know everyone is saying those 420s are loud but holy crap that thing sounds like its about to send the rod through the block😂😅

Love you too buddy
Do u think the 420 would fit on my Murray track 2 mini bike?
With a clutch it might.
Great series, any more dyno vids in the near future?
Would like too see you try the wildcat ghostbuster

I have the same muffler with center exit. I had to turn it on its side. Not a fan of the heat retention. 😢
How about a swingarm kit for a Coleman CT200U-EX? There has to be far more of them out there...
I saw that they said the kit is adaptable for a Coleman CT200U-EX, but it has to be modified. Unfortunately, my shop lacks the tools to modify the kit, I need a direct bolt-on solution!
Duromax 500cc 1-Inch Shaft Recoil/Electric Start Gasoline Engine.
Awesome build. Does anybody make a weld-together mini bike kit?
Are you feeling better?
This thing is sick
Awesome video and bike🤘
Make something for the lil rascal
God bless RBG!

RBG how much you got into the bike.
Sounds quite noisy greg. Would that be the cvt cause its not the muffler. Something loose maybe?
The valves on those 420's are so loud.
Where is that heavy knocking coming from? Is it the valve release on the cam?
I heard that knock before you mentioned it.
Why does it sound like the Poston and or rod is about to come through the block?
Hey red I have a mega Moto pro I would love for you to fabricate that same gas tank you have so I can put on the back of mine as well what would be the cost what would be the cost for you to fabricate that gas tank
Would anything bigger fit in that frame? 458, 460, 500cc?
I noticed you got that 500 sitting right there
Love ur videos keep it up
