Really enjoyed the video just like all the others. Make me wanna pull my old mega Moto out and fix it back up but I bought a doodlebug like your green one and I fell in love with it. Still waiting on that merch and hopefully you'll have a meet and greet sometime.
This is going to change the game, the amount of mini bike tech that's been blowing up the last 20 yrs is insane. Keep up the good videos and great work.
i think i can ride a mini-bike again if i have suspension, cuz my back can't take the abuse anymore. got my grandson going with a stage 1 mod, son got him a mini-bike, now ole grandpa needs one, but with full suspension. lol again brother, thank u for ur time making these videos for us. it truly does save us time and money.
switch to the tallest tire you can get for the stock rims. my wife and I run 15" tall tires on our mm80 frame bikes, the extra sidewall really helps take the sting out of the bumps. I have a very bad back myself, so I know what you mean.
Awesome build, your bikes are fantastic and I enjoy your drama free modifications. That swingarm modification looked like it performed well. All I can say is More Please!
Wow what an awesome video....can it get any better! You did a great job putting this Mega Moto 80/105 together, especially with no instructions from GPS! I love the way you showed the suspension on the test ride. Great all around video Black66. Keep up the great videos.
Hey man happy Sunday, awesome build!!! There is a lot of fabrication work and engineering that goes into building a decent bike you do great work man,.... Always enjoy your videos ✌️ brother
you have the best mini bike content on here man, really love the vids. mega interested in the swingarm kit as well and GPS is the ONLY company out there in this market that continues to come out with new products for these small engines and mini bikes the way they do. Nice straight forward kit. Only suggestion would be a rear fender relocation kit in the kit and I imagine once all put on, it could then be welded to the frame if one desired. If they do one for the mm80 frame and then a kit for the larger mm212, what a game changer that would be.
I just got started with your videos and I have two Mega Moto’s. I just bought a couple 224’s and starting to build. I want this swing arm kit and going to do a torque converter motor and upgraded carb and under seat pipe. Looking forward to looking at all the rest of the videos. Love it.😊
I’ve already commented this but here you go. Black 66 I love your videos. Tried some of your bike setups seems as if I suck working on them. I put a 224 on the Coleman t200uex and straight chained it with Mikuni and header pipe. Changed valve springs to 22 lb. It’s super hard to pull the pull start back and the rope yanks into the motor every time. Please give advice man your the best. Set exhaust to .003 and intake to .0025
I want to do the same with my ct200uex with the 224 and str8 chain. Other than the problems ur having how does she run? And Goodluck the rest of the way👍🏾
Hey man greats vids like always!! What are your thought about Hilliard clutches? Everyone out here in Denver recommends them. How do they really do against max torque or the cheetah one??
Your vides are great, they're helping me become more addicted to this hobby lol. Hey - I'm based in AZ.... I noticed in another video you rode in AZ, so I assume you live in AZ as well. Where are you riding these mini bikes at, specifically curious if private land vs public? Do you have your mini bikes registered and an OHV sticker? I'm trying to navigate how to take these bikes camping with me in the forests and not upset forest service etc.
where did you get that rubber coating for you hose clamps on that gas tank. vintage style round/black gas tank looks nice on the bike. way better than them ugly aluminum welded ones they sell.
You can also get the aluminum gas tanks in a black powder coat. GoPowerSports offers them. They look very similar to the metal tanks with the powder coat. Picked up the tank mounts at the hardware store.
By any chance do you know if you could still use that kit without the torque converter set? Would it have a wheel tensioner for the straight chain setup?
Yes, I have used this kit on a few different bikes with different drive systems. I also used one on the QS138 electric bike. It has a tensioner on the arm itself but you could also use a spring tensioner due to the chain being super long without the torque converter.
gps is having a problem with supplying those rear brakes that’s why they haven’t dropped it yet can’t even get them for the 212 mega moto frames right now because of a supply issue and it looks like they used these same style for this swing arm kit

I don't like the idea of cutting my frame hoops off, so was that frame mods absolutely necessary to mount the swingarm? how much did the chain tension change throughout the suspension travel?
@@jacobvance4608 yeah man, my 52 year old back would love a lil spring in the keester...but them my 10 year old with the 80 would have to have this too...

@Black66 do you think that this kit would fit on the Coleman b100. Thanks and great vid.
What was the over all stretch with the new swing arm? It looks like the added length would be welcome and help keep the front end down some 👍

Pretty compact set up
Dual rear wheels on a swing arm with shocks! Yes. (Plz try!). Give fair distance between rear wheels. Hmmm. A (cross country bike build?) lol
Gotta mess with the Rake, too. I forget what they call it. Trailing somethin', or another.
