Awesome buggy! The duromax big block sounds very deep. Enjoy seeing your projects and videos on engines. Interested to see it’s performance with governor removed and different gear ratio. The first video I saw of yours was a governor delete years back…
Now you just need to do a side by side comparison between this and the Vegas 625cc and tell us which one in your opinion is much better suited for shenanigans.
@Ratkill9000 He say that? I wouldn't be surprised. Big blocks with just simple bolt-ons produce power similar to highly built 212s. But torque is the main difference. No small block can touch the torque of a big block.
@@BunkerBlogI think he mentioned it in the 500cc video when he got the engine not that long ago. It was either that one or something. But he did say that he needs to modify the dyno for these larger engines because they could tweak the frame of the dyno and I think a few other things could end up getting messed up.
I think he needs to do an intake length dyno comparison short, medium, long, and xl tube intake dyno comparison... Maybe a short medium long tube header comparison of different tube diameters... What is known about intake length is longer intake peak torque hits at lower rpm but with much higher torque output. And header lengths act similar but that can be tested on both small and big blocks with different build lvls
I'm dying to see a comparison between all the big blocks to see what they ACTUALLY make. The gx390 vs hf420 vs dmax440 vs hf459 vs dmax500. I use a gx390 for my mud motor but if there is actually a 8.3hp difference for the dmax500 (11.7 vs 20) then I will buy one asap.
That pan hard bar will make you steer right and roll over if you get any air. Instead, you could mount two shocks diagonally crossing over each other. That is why the rear end is Darty. It wants to fight your steering every time the suspension moves.
If you mean the Kj racing video that he said that, in his next video he chained gearing and stuff and changed his mind about that. I've been using one with a yx140 engine and so far seems really good. Shifts well and doesn't tax a ton of power that I've noticed. Definitely worth it for reverse.
Make your carts rear end free without the side lean. All you must do is cut that rear pan hard/torque bar in the middle and weld a bolt with a fulcrum plate that is 1/3 the length of each pan hard/torque bar. Weld an eyelet on each cut pan hard/torque bar and bolt to fulcrum plate. Make sure bolt for fulcrum plate is welded with a nut and bracket to either upper or lower frame. Zigzag pan hard/torque bar. Looks like the capital letter "N" sideways with the fulcrum plate being the middle slant of the "N" and the fulcrum bolt in the middle.
Using capable and obviously have some engineering experience Selena make them look more suspension travel and refine the suspension geometry a little bit bit and make it more of road capable. There's a lot of side by sides like what you're going for but I've already been refined and tuned and they're really good machines so what are you doing? They're also extremely expensive I'm just trying to wrap my head around your builds and where you're going with it
Looks like one cylinder from a 240CI V8 engine or a 160CI 6 cylinder engine. I'm waiting for the 428CI version, when is the 876.6cc one cylinder coming out?
Hey I'm wanting to put that 500 in a golf cart the golf cart is electric so I need a gearbox. Do you have a recommendation and have you made a video with this conversation
Helmets keep the Dain-bramage to the lesser than the unwanter..I forget...I didn't helmet my thunker and it thinked a tree...?Aside from that..What?...I thought my phone rang...It's my ears..Oh..your right front suspension bent back .Your toy sounded Tough,so put in the Safety belt and Ride like it's meant to.
@@RedBeardsGarage and a helmet. Cause u can never tell what happens if u do stuff like that. My kid's always wear helmets including me and my husband Jesse.
BRO the welds, the camera work, the comedy, the engineering, the shop, the dedication its all just chefs kiss man 🤌🙌
Metal Supermarkets is the first sponsor from anyone that I would actually use.
I laughed so hard when you hit your head on the windshield wiper.
That dang wiper lol.
Dain-bramage bumper..(I thunk I seen 1 before,but I'm not wronger than rightish.What was the question?).
Lol. I rewatched it like...5 times. I've done the same thing in my Honda Odyssey.
Okay thank you for responding. I do appreciate it.

625cc make more power for sure.
Looking forward to dyno footage on these big blocks!
He has to reinforce the dyno to take the power of the big blocks first. They'll flex it too much and he doesn't want it to break.

Hell yeah Metal Supermarket
I would love to see you squeeze one of those 500cc into a Mega Moto 212 frame!

Kinda sounds like an old TT500 in a way. Pretty cool
From what I hear the reverse gearbox does eat up some horsepower going to the wheels.

Reminds me of the engine on my Royal Enfield. Twins sound great, but I have a soft spot for big displacement thumpers.
Zz top came flying by! Hahaha!!!😂😂😂
Love to see a skid tire or two mounted to the front.

what the link for the 780 CVT Driven Pulley?
More kitty Stovepipe content please. Although I would have called her, DuraMeow. ❤❤
Stovepipe, if you know you know!
Oh Boy a pre gravy bone machine😳 Glad your noggins ok
Beautiful welding there, I would pay for that!
Think im going to get my kart out this wknd. Its a fun kart and i built the rear end like lil red. Im 55 lol
Why don't witches wear underwear?
So they grip the broom better when they fly. Happy Halloween everyone!
Haha went all gravedigger red anderson on that buggy hahaha
I need that setup on my golf cart

I want to fly my paramotor out of your field! But I will wear a helmet! 😆
I'm still curious if that reverse gear box can be converted to a Hi -N-Lo box?
I don't think it could.
on the rear chassic do you worry about balance left right and forward

Any chance of a road to power on this engine?
slam a 440 flywheel on there and get on with the governor delete. I woulda just ran it without the flywheel. It wont go above 5,400 i bet.
What exhaust and carb works on the 500cc duromax? And what cam?
Just bought a manco 405-10 with a gx160 Honda motor. What are somethings you would do to make this thing run better? Thanks!
500cc duromax or 670cc predator which works better or easier to fit on gokarf
🍿
Lonnie what you been drinking? Windshield wiper where’s the windshield? RBG I thought you were going to eject yourself.
I never expected for that hit to be that hard lol. Still feeling it.
Where do you get the inboard spring from
What kind of air filter you put of that?
How many horsepower is 500 CC?
20hp .
Put one in a mini bike.
I didn’t catch what torque converter set up you were using? I have a duromax 420 with a 780 clutch on a kart and can’t get it to stop creeping
Chinese 780 clone

Good Video, However You Need To Fix Some Of The Machines & Sell Some Junk
but good sir ....YOUR SO STRONG ! ........ why did your beefiness need the use of a cherry picker?
I just didn’t want to show off lol.
Helmet and eye protection….?
Yo I think it's not all the way going in to reverse . at end it was
At end it was.
It’s like it had to get broke in. It shifts perfect now.
Nice
Comet 40 series work?
I believe you had it if you would just FULL SEND it 😂
It doesn’t rev up very high sounds like
Its still governed
Let me see a proper landing. You gotta roll into the jump then floor it real quick and land on all 4 tires.
Stretch that frame.😅
I think a Foot,or half again,at the front, will get the Geometry they need for safe trail riding too.
Wear your racing harness.
I know. I feel like a moron not wearing it lol.

Seat belts and helmet

I will from now on. Maybe even knee pads lol.
Governor delete, let 'er rip Tator chip.
God bless RBG
If only it was fitted with a seatbelt. Oh hang on.
