- After Cuddy's Office Was destroyed by patient wielding a gun she decides to occupy House's one until hers is fixed. The only question is if this will bring them closer, or start a war between them... I'm betting on both.

House restoring Cuddy’s old med school desk is one of the most underrated grand romantic gestures in TV history.
Yeah it is...
Almost as romantic shitting in her new bidet.
Unfortunately it is preceded by the HR nightmare of house copping a feel 😂
It wasnt romantic, it was a just nice gesture
@@luism.6766 Yes it's romantic. Cause he did like her and he wasn't the type to do "nice things".
“Ask her out, it’ll cost the hospital a lot less”
Very wise, and surprisingly very true.
But it cost Cuddy a new dining room. At least she got her hairbrush back, though.
Love how Wilson calls Cuddy’s bluff.
“Leave here now, or I’ll take your office.”
“... No you won’t.”
😵😵😵
Still left
@@zayk7095 Because he wanted to, not because he had to.
That's what I love about Wilson. He's just as good, if not better, at reading people than House, but doesn't use it to manipulate them because he's a great guy.

"That ball saves lives." My favorite Wilson line of the whole series
Funny thing is he might not be all that wrong. A happy worker is a productive worker, someone who has the luxury to throw balls around on work hours and is also somehow an amazing diagnostic who has casually looked at someone and known what's wrong with them in minutes might be a clear reflection of that productivity and morale boost.
"That ball saves lifes "
It can also make lives
also wilson it's always right 2:05
Which one? The big one or the red one?
😃
shoulda been "those balls save lives" lol
Nothing says 'I want you' like a broken toilet a bidet and an old desk .
Or according to Wilson, nothing says "Will your marry me?" like a broken toilet xD
"That ball saves lives" lol . Not all heros wear capes.
Some play with balls
You mean : Not all heros are humans... some are *balls*
They have ball.
"Did you see my balls? Giant one and the red one?"
House, you should see a doctor
Probably not lupus, tho
Ironic, since he IS one!

Cuddy's Smile at the end with her Realisation that House got the Desk is the most heart-warming smile inducing moment ever

@@tek512 They had to go and fuck it up because the actress wanted more money or out
House sends so many mixed signals. Turns her down, but does something super sweet for her with the desk. Shame that contract disputes got in the way of Cuddy and House. I really think they were supposed to end up together. I'll settle for House and Wilson getting together in the end. Lol.
Wilson dies of cancer. But he spends his last days with house, who faked his death and is no longer part of society, but is still part of society, but secretly.
While I'm sad we didn't get to explore the relationship more between Cuddy and House.. if she stayed, we would have never ended up with the beautiful Bromance shared between Wilson and House ending. Yes, Wilson was dying, but I love the ending revolving around those two. They were the show for me. If Cuddy stayed, we might have got a typical him settling down ending or the they split anyways ending. Least Wilson's ending gave a better impact and break from the typical cliche of series endings.
Vicious Leash the creator of the show said in an interview that the show was never going to have a “happy” ending. The ending that was presented was the best possible one capable. It was poignant and bittersweet
@@RP-mp4ow Boston Legal had the perfect ending. Sort of. When William Shatner and James Spader got married lol.
lazyknob to each other?!?!
Their relationship was so beautiful and so sad at the same time.
Wilson being in the middle of these two is priceless
Love Wilson!
Going over the fence? 😂😂😂😂
House casually breaks a toilet.
“Seems like the logical next step.”
“Can you leave these.”
“Do you know what happened to her old toilet! I smashed it with a sledgehammer!” Actually in some cultures that’s considered a proposal of marriage! Hahaha.......Wilson is the man!
Yet somehow their relationship in Season 7 is completely devoid of any chemistry, it was awful. It seems they were destined to always be a great potential couple, but the moment they actually became one the magic was completely gone. I don't know if it was intentional on behalf of the writers or they messed it up.
House's delivery of that line had me dying. So much emphasis for no reason and I just lost it laughing.
First of all, I know usually power couples never work out, due to their authority complex/stubbornness complex, but can I just say Cuddy and House could have literally been the perfect power couple? They should've been endgame for me.
If not for contract problems, they would have. This build up would have created a big explosion
They remind me of the Democratic Political Advisor James Carville and his wife the Republican Political Advisor Mary Matalin.
Not everyone shows affection the same way. For House, I'm sure this was the deeply meaningful and heartfelt romantic gesture he was capable of.
The tension between the two of them is so unbearable. So much chemistry 😍😍😍❤❤❤
Cuddy when she realises Wilson knows *EXACTLY* what she's up to!
Cuddy is the cougar of my dreams...
well, I can subscribe to that

I have a specialisation in diagnostics and I can tell you that::
Having one giant ball and having a red ball is symptomatic of lupus. House should get that checked out
its never lupus

*Specialization. Guess you don't have one in spelling.
It's a joke lol I thought it would be something house would do 😂

I wonder how different things would've been if house didn't ram the car in her house, or even if he did what would happen if she stayed
The actress left the show. I forgot why, I think they cut her or something. I wonder how different things would've been if she never left the show.
@@Kasaix her contract was up for renegotiation and when she asked for more money they fired her
It wouldn't have worked if they lived happily ever after. It would go against how the characters are written and ruin the show.

Next episode it's revealed House infected the desk with Lupus. His way of getting her in bed. A hospital bed.
A bed nonetheless.
She loves him and wants to kiss.
He loves her and wants to kiss.
He already knows what that would lead to.
He has to decline, for her good. Well, both's, but mainly her.
He makes something idiotic just to deflect attention from a painful "No".
Holy shit. Boob grabbing apart, just imagine how much he was struggling in that scene, way worse than Cuddy.
He kind of sacrifices himself to reach the scenario where she suffers the least.
Hero.
what? how
Exactly. You put my thought process into words
@@prod.hxrford3896 House is afraid to say no because he can't deny his feelings but he also doesn't want to hurt Cuddy (through his problems like addiction and poor social skills) so he tried to deflect it with a joke. *S H O T S F I R E D*
HoneySulphur agreed
Health Care doesn't stop people from becoming sick in the first place. What House is saying is that the democrat's health care plan is forcing people to go to less qualified cheaper doctors.
@@matthewdunphy8524, and how that's supposed to work? Who has worse healthcare because of ACA?
@@klas666 The people who lost their insurance because costs skyrocketed because of the ACA have worse healthcare. Individual market medical costs increased by 69% between 2013 and 2015 according to S&P Global Institute's figures.

@@griselmancedo1052 not desperate... She just wants him to be real but he's not. And she knows he likes her
You can't run away anyway :D
Cuddy was brilliantly acted. The fine line between seduction and order was perfectly balanced. E.g. 1:33 when she slips past House, doesn't just walk by, but well... Makes it saucy....
I was ok with every cast member drop except Cuddy's
Love the desk detail :)
House: you know what i did with the toilet? I smushed it with the sludge hammer...
Wilson: in some cultures that is considered as proposal for marriage 😂😂😂😂😂
For me House completely knew something between him and Cuddy is gonna happen soon. After thinking a lot what to do and deciding no matter that he likes Cuddy and wants to be with her, he knows for a fact that he has to make it clear they can't be together and this is not gonna work out. The only reason House did what he did is because he knew he is toxic and would like to protect her. He knew he is going to hurt her feelings (after all, that's his specialty), but decided to pick the littlest evil. If he risked to be with her, House knew he would damage her more than doing stupid "unemotional kid" kind of shits. After that, he regrets it and does this small but eo important romantic gesture as a proper apology for his childish trauma response behavior.
"Seemed like the logical next step."
Wilson is solid gold.

REJECTING CUDDY ON HOUSE WAYS 4:50.
I have seen so many of these clips that i've started limping
In my mind ..the whole point of the show is that house is a genius..
But with that comes common issues... being brilliant in a complex area and being inept in a more simple area..
Houses mind makes it hard for him to do what he knows he should do.
I know this show is good because I have never seen an actual episode, but I already do that thing where I just know House is going to be a smartass, or I know one event is going to lead to some hilarious event. I'm so into the characters and stories. Never seen an episode, just these many clips. I really need to see the show, it's just not on Hulu. HE BROUGHT HER OLD SCHOOL DESK IN....OHMG THAT IS SO ROMANCE!
As far as I'm concerned the last season didn't even happen. Seeing house and cuddy flirt on and off for so many season and then see them together was just brilliant in bringing something different to the show. You had houses comedy and jackass behaviour to appeal to guys and the drama of the hospital to appeal to everyone and the interpersonal juggling between those two which was romantic for fans.
I don’t think their relationship could work long term. She needs someone stable and caring but it’s wrong to expect people to change. House would have been better off with someone like 13 who isn’t that emotional.
Sara Samaletdin I think the right opposite. Cuddy was probably more screwed up than House was and never wanted to face it. That’s why she always ran from him.
The way House says "Have you seen my balls?" kills me every time for some reason.
Oh for the love of God get a room you two not an office because it's already obvious to the rest of us that You two are obviously into each other and are denying it
It's already obvious because the series ended probably a decade ago
The real reason he broke the toilet and got the desk is so cuddly has to owe him
that cheeky smile at the end
House's gesture is SO SMOOTH
"Can you leave these?" & bows his head when she leaves 😂I feel you House
I'm a bit curious; how does a few bullet-holes and maybe some blood-stains qualify as "destroyed"?

Cuddy's little smile afterward was so cute.
Wow how many times have I seen this episode, more than 7x01 for sure
Me thinks the House has just propositioned . And the lady has just said Yes .
I'm the only one who knows what House's said at 2:30 is from the final dialogue from Castlevania SOTN between the characters especially the son of Dracula, just a little bit different but the same idea "The only thing necessary for evil to triumph,is for good men to do nothing" (search it and you will find it)
Edmund Burke, 1770, paraphrased later in 1867 by John Stuart Mill into a form closer to the modern aphorism.
They had great chemistry in teasing eachother, but that's about it.
They had great romantic chemistry when together as well…the strip tease scene? The hallucination scene? Their first kiss??
