350Z VQ35DE Smoking - Valve-stem Seal Replacement Part 1

Ruby started smoking, all diagnosis points too valve-stem seals.
Part one covers diagnosis and tear down to spark plugs

Rebuild valve cover
And use a bottle nozzle and spray the oil out into a rag!
