Just to remind everyone, using these products doesn’t necessarily grow hair faster if you already have healthy hair. However, it can help speed up the process if your hair is damaged.

Fun fact! The rate of your hair growth is dependent on your anagen phase (the active phase, which is the longest), which your hair is in for at least 3-10 years! So your hair is always growing, and these tips can help! Just always make sure to take extra care of your mids and ends, as they’re older and therefore more prone to breakage. Moisture helps, (I have low porosity, so my hair doesn’t take moisture well) as do regular hair masks and oiling your ends!
Here is a way on how to make rice water: First you can grab any rice. Second put 2 cups of water( the water has to be hot) in it and leave it for 5-10 minutes. 3rd drain the water. Then put 2 cups on water in the rice. Leave it for a day. 4th take out the rice and pour the rice water into a spray bottle or a container. Hope this helps❤❤❤

Guys remember some of these products may not be helpful dependent on your hair porosity. Be cautious - you can damage your hair using the wrong products :-)
I used castor oil on my hair and I have really thin hair if anything it dries my hair out due to washing out the castor oil off too much. I’m stuck with oily hair now bc I’m weening off the castor oil. DIY hair masks are a no for me
@@meatbxndit3581 castor oil is a heavy oil, you should use less amount of it, in addition to a carrier oil, then it is a easy to wash DIY

The oil contains Olive oil, Almond oil , Castor oil , Fenugreek oil ,Aryan oil, Tea Tree , Peppermint oil, Lavender oil , Ginger & essential oils and Rose pedals
( BTW these are literally all the ingredients in the oil )
Guys these products work for HER hair. They don’t work for everyone’s hair I learned that the hard way I actually tried some of these methods on my thin wavy hair and it dried it out bc washing the castor oil was hard and the scalp massager tangled my hair from the root so take these tips with a grain of salt!

If you have low porosity hair don't overuse rich water, low porosity hair doesn't need protein treatment alot so plz don't overdo it, if you use a lot of protein treatment in low porosity hair it myt end up damaging it, for anyone wondering how to find ur hair porosity u have to take a few strands of ur hair, put it in a transparent bowl or glass filled with water, leave it in for a few minutes... if ur strand is at the bottom u have high porosity hair, if ur strand is in the middle of the glass or bowl u have medium porosity hair and if the strand is up then u have low porosity hair

How do you make rice water?
I did Haircare for 6 months. It didn’t really work for me. Then I quit for a little while cuz I lost hope. I picked it back up again though.
All I do is:
-Leave coconut oil in my hair for an hour
-Massage it in for a few mins
-Lo’real pre shampoo
-Shampoo/condition with Lo’real ever pure bond repair shampoo/conditioner
-Native Hair mask once a week
-Leave in Conditioner
Then I sleep with a braid and a bonnet.

I mainly did Tessa Peays until I found out abt hair types. My hair still has a while until I get the quality I want but overall it’s pretty long and healthy.

Same here 😫 my hair is so difficult to wash lol it just becomes one solid like dreadlock basically in the shower. It gets so heavy and hard to work my fingers through. I'm about to cut it all off!
My hair used to be like that. You can try oiling your hair before washing it. I always oil my hair overnight (I use olive oil) and wash it in the morning, my hair doesn't get tangled at all in the shower with little to no hair falling and it feels super smooth after my hair dries. Hope this tips help!

For my fine hair girlies do NOT make the mistake I did with castor oil it’s so fucking heavy on our hair and impossible to wash out ugh even twice😭,,- use a carrier oil to mix it with if not a lighter oil in general (lightweight), as for rice water, it can have too much protein/nutrients for low porosity hair types so please do your research guys!
