Rice water does work. I tried this few months ago kept it straight away on my hair for about 20 minutes and washed it,let it air dry. And compared to other days i wash my hair it was less frizzy.
I’m tired of straightening my hair everyday for school just for the fact that it looks longer, so I’m trying this to actually grow my hair in a healthy way I’ll update for the past weeks/months and we will seee☁️.....

Great video... I love how you just go straight into the directions instead of a huge intro. The directions are so clear and concise. I wish others would follow your lead in these instructional videos. Thanks!
My hair has reached by backside....to grow it I have used olive oil with rosmary and laurel leaves in a pan placed in a larger pan with water in it....warm the oil this way until you can smell the aromas....pour into a dark bottle with a dropper....use it on the scalp every other day....your hair will grow in no time ❤
@@elainahale2362 I have dry skin and I have been using fermented rice water thrice in a week on my face. I use this three ways- toner, face mask and face rinse. I have made a detailed video about it on my channel. If you want then you can check that out.🙋♀️🌻
im a ginger, and my red hair to me is very gorgeous and ive gotten many compliments about my hair. i really want it to grow out. i really would like my hair to be wavy and long!
A friend of mine just told me about rice water and I immediately went on UA-cam to find a video and came across yours. Your insight and demonstration was on point. Thanks so much. You have a new subscriber
Okay so I’m a 17 year old dude. I’ve started to lose a lot of hair and that’s why I’m here. Two of my friends recommended me to look into this because supposedly it’s really good. I’m going to start applying it tomorrow and I’ll be consistent with it for like 6 months to a year. I’ll try my best to keep y’all updated if anyone is interested. Wish me luck❤️ Update: So, I started applying rice water to my hair 7 months ago. I applied it once a week and 1 month in I was seeing new hair coming out. So I decided to shave my head so it could grow out evenly. And I had long hair so my hair would fall off easily if pulled or scratched. So after shaving my head and still applying the rice water to my hair I noticed that my hair had grown back. My hair had more density and I wouldn’t lose as much hair as I did. But it did take a lot of time ofc. You have to stay consistent. I also quit using shampoo because it was damaging my hair. And also I quit wearing hats.
So now 2weeks later since your comment and I’m curious on any results, I’m going to try this as well, I mean it couldn’t hurt for male pattern baldness
i used to do it a few years ago for every other day when i washed my hair. I left it on my hair and blow dried it. Now, I know I did it wrong after watching this video. The rice water did help my hair grow but my hair became very dry and curly in a weird way. My scalp was not very healthy and dry. I stopped using the rice water since then. But, I will try it again now. The key is I need to use it less frequent and NOT to leave in on my hair. I need to rinse it after 15 - 20 minutes. Hope it will work this time. Thanks for sharing your tips.
I just made the rice water, I’ll edit every week to let everyone know if it works. My hair is currently exactly 12.78 inches. :) Sorry couldn’t update school is getting hectic, but I have free time now. Hair has been so much thicker and shinier . I grew half an inch which is CRAZY because it’s only been 5 days . I really recommend this because it helped my damaged hair and already made it grow tons !!
-IxBlueDreamzxl - hiii, so I know I shouldn’t have been washing 4 days a week but I used it. My hairs been SO shiny and MUCH thicker, I’ve grown half an inch which is crazy because it’s only been 5 days . (I also use a garnier hair oil after washing it.) I def recommend
It's freaking annoying when I'm trying to find comments that tell me if these things work or not, but I have to scroll through millions of comments from people who state OBVIOUS things like "who's here after they cut their hair and regret it?" or "who else is scrolling through the comments?" just so that they can get a few likes. Like why the heck else would me and half the people here be here?! And yes I'm scrolling through the comments to find a single helpful one but I am unable because YOU ARE IN MY WAYYY
@@justana7234 glad you understand though. I was totally expecting to get backlash and ppl telling me to calm down. They'll probably still come though. But do I care? Not at all
Speak over your hair every day. Say, I have thick, long, healthy hair. Use the inversion method for one week only. Then use moisturize your scalp. Rice water may or may not be for you but you can have perfect hair if you believe it and eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
Who else DOESN’T regret cutting their hair? I had butt long hair and cut it to my shoulders. I want to cut it again shorter, but I need them long enough to donate. I also want shiny shiny silky smooth
Audrey, I have low porosity hair, I think every other week doing this rinse with rice water will do, but I’ll let you know, I also do oiling with jojoba oil, argon oil and rosemary oil all in one glass dropper bottle, I leave it on 1 hour and then rinse the oils out of my hair. I never blow dry, just air dry it.
Since iam from Kerala, India we get plenty of hibiscus flowers and leaves...what I do is just soak these in rice water and rinse my hair with this...I do this every alternate days and after that I apply oil to prevent dryness....eventhough I don't have so long and thick hair....but it reduced my hairfall...self pampering during quarantined days...
@@glimmerngloss9158her hair grew 0.5 inches in one week. She let the rice water sit on her counter for six days to ferment. She used it 4 times in a week
I was growing my hair out for 13 years, it was past my butt at least 35-40 inches. I damaged it with color remover and root touch ups trying to maintain blonde. I miss my beautiful dark hair. I’ve been crying for months but I am finally here, ready to start this journey over. thank you
Last year I did it I used rice water once a week for a few months...my ends broke off but then its started to grow alot and got thick I stopped for a few months till now I think I am ready to try again this method really works.

Wish me luck❤️
Update:
So, I started applying rice water to my hair 7 months ago. And also I quit wearing hats.
how's the effect?
GOOD LUCK BESTIE!!
Same❤️
That’s EXACTLY why I’m here 😣 Good look to both of us!
Sorry couldn’t update school is getting hectic, but I have free time now.
Hair has been so much thicker and shinier . I grew half an inch which is CRAZY because it’s only been 5 days . I really recommend this because it helped my damaged hair and already made it grow tons !!
Hiii how’s ur hair doingggg?
update??
Maham Mohsin they said every week..it’s only been 4 days
-IxBlueDreamzxl - hiii, so I know I shouldn’t have been washing 4 days a week but I used it. My hairs been SO shiny and MUCH thicker, I’ve grown half an inch which is crazy because it’s only been 5 days . (I also use a garnier hair oil after washing it.) I def recommend
Linh Tran I still updated haha
It's freaking annoying when I'm trying to find comments that tell me if these things work or not, but I have to scroll through millions of comments from people who state OBVIOUS things like "who's here after they cut their hair and regret it?" or "who else is scrolling through the comments?" just so that they can get a few likes. Speak over your hair every day. Say, I have thick, long, healthy hair. Use the inversion method for one week only. Then use moisturize your scalp. Rice water may or may not be for you but you can have perfect hair if you believe it and eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

I never blow dry, just air dry it.
it makes me so happy that this video is exactly 10 minutes left
Since iam from Kerala, India we get plenty of hibiscus flowers and leaves...what I do is just soak these in rice water and rinse my hair with this...I do this every alternate days and after that I apply oil to prevent dryness....eventhough I don't have so long and thick hair....but it reduced my hairfall...self pampering during quarantined days...
