  • This 1-hour yoga practice is designed to get your energy moving, help cleanse and circulate your blood (detoxification), and leave you feeling energized in a balanced way. It can be beneficial during the first two weeks of your menstrual cycle (but also includes modifications and is safe for any time in your cycle).
    Listen to your body - sometimes a more energizing practice is better suited for earlier in the day, but you might find it works for you anytime.
    Use bolsters (or pillows), rolled towels or blankets, and yoga blocks (or books) to help support your body.
