wish my bro was able to hear this slipknot. He loved the newer slipknot music so of he heard their old stuff i bet he would love it. RIP my brother.
I never said that before but: The bass is awesome.
ONLY ONE OF US WALKS AWAY
and thats MEEE!!!!!!!--
Corey's version is probably better, though the bass on this version does kicks ass
The version w/ Corey is better. Slipknot would not have made it with Anders Colsefni. Slipknot made it with Corey Taylor. There is a reason that happened.
Diabeetus_98 together would be amazing
I like the rap in this one. If it had Corey's lyrics it'd be gold.
1.25x speed sounds sooo much better.
Diabeetus_98 yeah but the vocals on this one are trashhhhhhh
Anders really sounds like J-Mann in this song... I can see why people used to think Mushroomhead and Slipknot ripped each other off.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw the Anders/J Mann comparison. Even Anders' harsh vocals sounds a bit like Popson.
Qwerty?
I'd really like Anders to rejoin the band so he and Corey can duet just like Mushroomhead.
@@vgmaster9thats never gonna happen
Only the edgiest maggots know this album exists my dudes
Only the egdiest of the egdiest of the maggots know that they have an unreleased album named Crowz
your name... is... Matt :0 oh god ♡.♡ is a pretty name
+Sparxo only the edgiest of the edgiest of the edgiest of maggots know that crowz is a collection of different demos by slipknot. not an unreleased album
Or anyone who can fucking use google...
I can tell you're fun at parties
The funky parts! And the bass!
Hi man. How are you. Where are you from?
I think that this version has the best instrumental and that Corey's version has the best vocals
yeah the start of the song is fire and i wish they used it in crowz and the self titled version
its a shame this isnt on spotify
it is now (kind of) they added a nen version with anders as the singer you should go check it out😹
damn you right@@sardela69
why isn't this album more famous???
Because current Slipknot don't count this as a real album :/
Because it's sound very different, especially because of the singer, and many people don't like that album and don't talk about it much. Me, for example
Slipknot would not have made it out of the Iowa circuit with Anders Colsefni. Slipknot made it globally with Corey Taylor. Where is Anders Colsefni now? Corey has two bands he's the lead singer of. That's why this album is not more known. Any og maggot knows this album, and forgot about it.
Not the maggots who also like funk or death metal maybe both because I like the vocals except for this song but pauls backing vocals are good.
Demo and I think there was just about 1000 copies. Most of which were handed out by the members themselves
i like this version but self titled a little more
Kelby Miller ua-cam.com/video/Lp5DQl1FcJ0/v-deo.html
I like everything about this song including the vocals, anders did great ngl
i just love this raw version it has a lot more hate in it and it really kicks ass with that raw bass and that raw voice would love to see a special onstage with the old members one day
LOMBRA DEMAIS MAN!

Opening rap part sounds pretty sweet at 1.25x speed
it sounds cool at 1.5 too (btw i know im replying to a 3 year old comment)

0:01-2:34 is the best moment imo.
Love this album, wish they could re release it for like a Aneversery type thing, maybe a physical re release?
i never considered this a demo album, they had demos before MFKR was even out, I consider this THE first SlipKnoT album
a lot of self titled songs are just sped up, re written versions of this album, and its really cool hearing what the songs sounded like original
They already did (well sort of). Killers are Quiet (Iowa), Slipknot (sic), Only One, Tattered and Torn and Gently were all re-recorded on future albums. They also re-recorded Do Nothing/Bitchslap on Crowz, but that version will probably never see the light of day.
I don't remember Killers Are Quiet and Slipknot getting re-recorded.
@@AngryLittleGnome They meant those songs were reworked. Slipknot into (Sic) and Killers are Quiet into Iowa.
i LOVE this album...so expiermental and...funky? :) too cool.
Thank you Paul for that bass r.I.p😭
Both are greats, that sure. Anders is an amazing vocalist. Older Slipknot's stuffs are the shit... MFKR, demos with both vocalists, Crowz demos, Self-Titled album... all these stuffs are just MAGIC, I miss this Slipknot :/
For those you didn't notice, the drum solo right at the start of this song is identical to the drum solo that kicks off Vendetta in AHIG.
MFKR was there best album by far if you ask me. especially the bass and guitar. has a little jazzy theme.
You really think so? No way
Отличное исполнение.
How are you from?
This is so cool
the bass line it's louder than the version on the self-titled album
ther are three versions ^^ the mfkr the crowz and the self titled but i love them all!
agreed! go for it
PAIN! MADE TO ORDER!
holy shit, this is really good!
love it
whoever says anders is better than corey are just trying to prove something, what that is i don't know, Coreys versions of every song is better hands down theres a reason he is where he is now.
Kano TVGaming but they're different singers from this version to the album...... so this guy is technically nowhere today lol
0:49 Pain is the only way to teach kids these days, OH MY GOD YES, THE TRUTH
Jordan Mendez You're just a bad parent. You don't need violence, wtf dude.
Suer man I'm sorry but we misunderstood each other. Grabbing them by the ear is somewhat okay, although not needed. I assumed it was a bit more severe. Nonetheless, you can raise a kid perfectly fine without using any form of 'pain'. Verbally raising a kid is enough (and I don't mean insulting them) If you talk to them they will give a fuck.
Suer man Well I don't like the word scare.Rather letting them know about the consequences which is quite close to scaring but not exactly the same.
Suer man Letting them know the consequences is sensible yes and that's the best way of parenting.
Bak Brood I grew up with a dad who would spank me with a belt If I do something bad,not that much but enough to put me in place and speak like man. Compared to other kids of my generation I am much more mannered and polite. I think parents should spank and punish kids for doing bad stuff but not rlly violently.
This guy has got bars too, it this doesnt sound bad
The 43 dislikes are from people who walked away
*sigh*if only he was faster
they should really stop pretending this album doesn't exist.
I think that anders and corey together slipknot will be like 100% better
How about we don't have a stupid argument in the comment section of youtube?
This is the internet. Even after 7 years shit never changes. Never will.
I prefer this version
Hot take: I like this version much more than the Self-titled version
I like this version way better
+ΛL-EX sub to me and ill sub u back m80
Rectus Erectus i really like this version but I prefer crowz version
ONLY ONE OF US WALKS AWAYYYYY!!!
slipknot is still really good nowdays and they all wan't to go back like they were 10 years ago.
in the selftitle when u hear "only one of us walks away" on this song it is anders...cool how they kept that
Best Slipknot song, AND the best version of this song. It's been remade officially with Corey on vocals, AND there's a demo that's done with these lyrics and style, but with Corey. And he fumbles it IMO. Anders owns this song. Period.
X1.25 speed is the same only one self titled album
Anders has a better regular voice in my opinion, he doesn't have the growl of Corey though. I like both of them, just in different ways. And this is the ORIGINAL SlipKnoT, they took allot of things from them.
that was actually good
always when I'm listening to it I think this is limp bizkit going wild :D
Still my favorite Slipknot song.
Actually, the jazziness is really cool.
I actually like this version 😂🤘
ONLY ONE OF US WALKSSS!!!
it is slipknot from like the early/mid 90's with diffrent singer and guitarists
Haha. Haven't heard Anders in a while. Good song.
Real story it's joey Jordison on album cover
I wish they had MFKR on Apple Music
LYRICS
Pain, made to order
Pain, made to order
Pain, made to order
Pain
Slapping, sitting, scatting on my back trying to relax
Thinking about the facts of the crack running through the pack
Division in thought about the war to be fought
For trying to mend the ranks, still I get no thanks
They say they mean no disrespect, but this is in effect
I take to heart the part I play everyday
Uninformed is one thing, stupid is another
Keep running your mouth, but don't call me brother
I'm trying to find someone on my side
'Cause banging heads all the time starts to grind at my gear and at my will
But, persistent I am still
So when one insubordinate fucker tries to test me
Blow to the head, then an entrail rend
Guts on the floor, but you want more?
Show you the strength of tenth rank
Pain is the only way to teach kids these days
Open your eyes, you've realized
Talk back to me, your punk-ass dies
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away
I'm all you know, where will you go?
Valhalla's gone, with your soul
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away
Only one of us walks away (Walk the fuck away) (Watch it)
Only one of us walks away (Walk the fuck away) (Watch it)
Only one of us walks away (Walk the fuck away) (Watch it)
Only one of us walks away (Walk the fuck away) (Watch it)
the rapping on this song is awesome
@micber11 I think thats exactly what makes that album so extremely special. That really creative and until today unique mix of jazz funk and metal. Not just heavy riffs and the "I HATE EVERYONE FUCK YOU ALL" vocals but creativity and passion. But of course its just my opinion. Theres no right and wrong in listening to music
i can tell that if anders didnt leave slipknot, it wouldnt come as far
This is better than the self titled one
What do you guys think about the songs on this album?I actualy like those as much as regular slipknot songs! They rock! ❤
wow! i heard some jazz in there, this is intense!
this is way better than the remake
You honestly cant categorize Slipknot. ALL of their albums sound completely different. And also, Corey raps in this song too. He's just a lot faster. Metal songs always sound heavier when the riffs are slow anyways. I like this one a little better because its slow.
personally, i like the version on the self titled album more, the tempo is more up beat, but i still like this.
Each to their own, matey. I personally think Nergal's vocals are great; and Behemoth's lyrics are wonderful.
I've never liked overt gore metal, and grindcore bores me.
I'll agree with the Decapitated comment, though. I had the very great pleasure of seeing them live when they toured with Nile, and they wiped the stage with the latter band.
amen man. this slipknot beats new slipknot by about 20 million times.
I hate to be something i'm not, but then i realize i'm all i got!!!
I don't see why people hate this version. Yeah, Coreys better, but that's alot to do with the fact that his voice just suits Slipknots style. Anders has a harder voice, it's just more suited to be in a band closer to the Death Metal genre. And I love this version and the new one >.>
This sounds so trippy
I could've sworn there was a sample with a woman screaming "Don't let him get me!"
It was but on crowz which was unreleased
@@Woomiasty That's right, I heard it on the gold disc, I'm pretty sure. If the version on the gold disc doesn't have that sample, then I must've heard it somewhere else.
@@weeptheblood I only heard it in some Anders version and Corey's version on Crowz. That Anders version might have been on gold disc. Otherwise i only heard it have this weird puking sound, which was here or that cool drum section which was on Self Titled.
@Uzingniga20 Well not really, Paul was the bassist, and Anders is vocals, so it won't help them tbh.
If you compare the material that survived from this record to the next two so-called "real" albums, basically you'll find that they just sped everything up and removed the Bungle rip-off stuff and re-tooled the lyrics a bit. And this is why I think I can't really get in to post-Iowa material from this band, because at some point they ran out of the stuff that originally made them great and had to rely on a guy who writes shitty radio-friendly tunes like "Through The Glass". That's just how I see it though. I wish they would go back to being ok with being weird and experimental again.
1:25 1.25 speed feels right
I like this better \m/
I think getting Corey was definitely a pretty good decision based on this album
I would love to see Anders at the mcdonalds drive thru
Guy: Hi there, welcome to McDonalds. How may I take your order?
Anders: PAIN! MADE TO ORDER!
Shit gets real at 2:00
I don't even walk I two step everywhere. pickin up change Jive turkey. 😎
both are awesome though
only one of us walks away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anders has a MUCH better regular voice in my opinion, Corey obliterates him with his growling voice though, it's just amazing
0:36 --> the funky wah guitar sounds awesome !!
That's what a friend sent and sed that it was from a Slipknot song and i am not sure...is it from a song????
@the15glutanius Nahh, most people prefer it as it is now. And to be honest Corey's voice is much better suited to the way they're doing it now. If I were you I'd check out some of the bands Anders has been in since Slipknot.
Funky!
When did this album or demo come out?
I know this comment is 9 years old but this came out on Halloween of 1996
96 i guess
Do any of you guys think that maby one day, since paul is dead, that anders will rejoin Slipknot?
although tbf, shawn who is pretty much, founder + creator of slipknot disreguards this album, infact he identify's self titled as "slipknots first album" he dosn't recognise MFKR or Crowz.
ffs shop judging and go listen what you like
i like both
anders was the original singer
he was one of the first 3 orginal creators of the band
tis a bit BEASTLY
@EvenPlague1 They have done a remake of this one with corey. Its on the unreleased album crowz. Download it from torrentz cuz i dont think its ever been released, and i doubt it ever will. peace out
