Holy Crow...Oh My Goodness Oh My Goodness OH MY GOODNESS!!!......I can't tell you how long I've waited.....for someone to do a proper, analog horror video series (or a one off video), of Pokemon/Pocket Monsters....Meeting Analog Horror.....I cannot wait to see how this goes. (Watching It)....Man, at first it was fine and recognizable....But then it started to get to the point where the rest of the ultra beasts is completely unrecognizable.....What the freak were those two....One of them, at this timepoint (07:40) look like a mix between a Unizolt, a scolipede, and a different beast/creature all combined into one....At first I was concerned this would be a amateurish analog horror series...But as I continued to watch it, despite the mispronunciations (I heard "Aether Foundation" as "Naiative (Native/Naive) Inflation"...Oh well), the way you did the audio mixing in the headphones, really makes you feel like you were part of the employees or the unfortunate individuals roaming/walking/minding their own business in the forest, in the city, or the suburbs....I don't know how you did all of the footage (and despite being skinnier than the actual 4:3 aspect ratio....It was weird to think you can actually hear, during the presentation in the middle of the video, AND, during the footage of the unfortunate victims, voices, crying out saying "HELP ME!!/Help Me!!!"....And also, considering that I was expecting the first two individuals to be terrified or get chased by the monster.....Instead, they reacted so calmly when facing the monster (The man in the woods for example....Golly, I know he was terrified but even he didn't want to look at it, knowing it was on the right side of him in the bottom right part of his hearing.....That one didn't have a jumpscare, nor did the first beast.).....BUT, upon seeing the third one, starting off normal and then the girl, in her father's office, whispering, and noticing how it went from daylight/afternoon, to straight up nighttime....And man, hearing the voices and her whispering, wondering where her mother went.....And seeing the wanted poster of a child....God that is straight up Five Nights At Freddy's levels of horror (assuming the ultra beasts kidnap the poor adults and children)......I mean, even the ultra beast with the human skeleton on the thumbnail wasn't that intense.....But it was the final part, when the girl and I didn't expect a jumpscare and.......10:45.....(Hears The Screech!)...(I gasps but stay silent and got startled the heck out of my life...And seeing what the head looks like I'm thinking in my mind "What The Heck Is That Thing!?!?!"....................And seeing the infogram part about the ultra beast itself and I'm like "What the heck is that thing!?!?!"......Just seeing how the last three ultra beasts are not even close to the actual ultra beasts in the Pokemon video games, my jaw and my expression of shock stayed all the way until the jumpscare came around.....) (After watching it....).....Holy crow......Oh my god.....I thought it was going to be garbage.....It actually is really well done.......How did you do those ultra beasts I didn't even recognize them!!!......Wow.....This was good, and the end part of it really got me and threw me completely off guard (I wasn't expecting a jumpscare at the end thinking it would have happened right now).....Also, the girl alone in the house....Man, that gives me two references.....One; How I felt as a child between ages 5 - 15 when I would stay up late at night and had this little feeling that the nightmare creature would roam around the house and try to decapitate/attack me, whether I'm awake or asleep.......Two; This gives me Five Nights At Freddy's 4 vibes that takes me back to 2015 when I got startled so many times in the fourth game... Man, you did an absolutely great job...And I've yet to decipher and go through each part (even the stuff in the room and the icon next to Bea when she was filming it with her camcorder for Charlie.....Man...What an absolute analog horror to start off....And man, it does make you feel on edge of the voices in your headphones, and even the growls that are placed in the back (at one point it sounded like it was right side mono and made me feel a bit irritated about it. But you did very well with it)..... This is definitely going into my top favorite videos of all time. I cannot tell you how long I've waited (8/14+ years since the pokemon creepypastas I read years back) to see someone give Pokemon the analog horror treatment that FNAF, Backrooms, Animatronics (Fan-Made or Chuck E. Cheese/Real Life Counterparts), Tom & Jerry, Comic Book Characters, End of the world, Monument mythos, cartoon characters, and many other video game analog horrors outside of Pokemon (including Godzilla) had the pleasure to get the treatment for years...Dang, now I'm going to have to watch the others, as well as looking forward to where this analogue/analog horror series goes (if you do end up creating more that is. If not, then this is stll a good watch to those who've been out of a loop in the Pokemon landscape and such).... I’m not surprised because most pokemon are very cool and awesome looking creatures but once you read info about them most of them are down right very f**king terrifying 😅
These would normally have the temperament of normal Pokémon, making them only dangerous if trifled with, but canonically, Ultra Beasts are extremely stressed by the differences in our dimension compared to where they hail from, which makes them extremely violent, and makes Nihilego attempt to find hosts at a breakneck pace. This stress is so great that when they so much as catch the scent of someone bathed in the energy of an Ultra Wormhole, they barrel towards them, thinking that they have a way home, and go into a frenzy when all they find is a random being from this dimension. Basically, if under a good trainer, Ultra Beasts are just Pokémon with neurodivergence, but what if Elio and Selene failed? What if the portals didn’t close, and people weren’t alerted in time before the Ultra Beasts scoured the land for anything resembling their prey or a way home. I like this series.
@@bessieburnet9816 The Guzzlord timeline is actually not what you think. It’s a timeline where a power plant with radioactivity burst, and also Guzzlord exists. The humans fled somewhere else, and the one person there is actually quite fond of Guzzlord, as it seems to be clearing the land of radioactive rubble. They may just be a common Pokémon in that world. Guzzlord is only dangerous when in another world, where it goes into a freakish flight or fight response and devours whatever it can in case it can’t eat later, like a bear.
Notice how the training voice and Bea sound the same... and Bea was killed by an Ultra Beast that can mimic human voices... and the training voice said to keep your windows open at night.... innnteresting.
Not only that, the desctiption said that Mimicrow can manipulate both human sences and digital devices... Maybe those last lines weren't part of the original tape...
@@faekmon UB idea- Name- UB hydra Dex name- No info Type- Dragon/Steel Ability- Beast boost Hidden ability- Regenerator Data log- A massive reptilian ultra beast that resembles the mythical hydra. What resemble extra heads are actually separate organisms that have attached themselves to the creature and form a symbiosis by assisting in catching food and granting the main body the steel type for additional protection in exchange for receiving a faction of the nutrients gained by UB hydra from feeding. The pokemon was discovered to have orginated from the same universe as Poipole and naganadel by the ultra recon squad and was documented regularly hunting the ub’s and thus was confirmed to be there natural predator in there ecosystem which explains the steel typing.
gotta love how truly terrifying ultrabeasts can be. I still remember how just 1 guzzlord can take out the entire aloha if not dealt with and how nihilego will ensure to mind control not only the host but their pokemon aswell

Oooooh now this is fun….honestly at its core the ultra beasts are a pretty terrifying concept. It’s almost lovecraftian, the idea that there are these pokemon. Even the idea of Ultra Wormholes. We know Cosmog can make them. Necrozma, Solgaleo and Lunala too but without all of them…is someone else opening them? Someone from the alternate dimension?
If it is a new entity opening these Ultra Wormhole, it'd be interesting if it was the Ultra Megalopolis version of Solgaleo/Lunala. They canonically had their light/energy drained by Necrozma, but Necrozma unleashed it's energy after the Ultra Necrozma battle. It'd be interesting if, in the many years after Necrozma had drained them, they became darker and villainous, disturbed and vengeful. And now, with their energy redispersed, they create these Ultra Wormholes and disturbing Ultra Beasts.
Its not ALMOST its outright lovecraftian. Nihilego is a mind flayer but a jellyfish; Guzzlord is a dimensjonal shambler but larger and fatter; Blacephalon, just boacephalon; Kartana can easily fit in there too since its just a shape made of folded materials that can talk and float; And god damn xurkitree is essentially blacephalon but electric. They went i credibly light on it considering what agent lookers backstory implies
Imagine you’re in the woods alone and suddenly without hearing anything you just see a tree fall with a perfect cut at its base and then before you know it your hand has been cut off by something you couldn’t even feel and you look down and see a tiny origami kairagi-looking thing with one of its thin, razor-like arms coated in blood Kartana scares me because it’s _small_ and it can still wreak insane havoc. At least with big things like Celesteela you have an easier target to shoot at, Kartana is both too small and too fast to reliably attack unless you somehow find a way to trap it that it can’t just cut itself out of
It’s cool and creepy seeing Ultra Beasts in real life environments. The creepiest and saddest part for me was hearing Nihilego’s actual voice. The video of UB Walker is also unsettling. It would be cool if some of the voices were less robotic.
We really need more pokemon analog horrors, I usually don't see many but i feel like this could inspire some more pokemon analog horrors from all kinds of different generations, and even fanmade ones. This analog horror is already interesting, good video! 👍
Real, we already have so many ducked up Pokédex entries that can provide idea fodder; strange how there’s not many projects. Give me one where a trainer is being tormented by Shiinotic or Litwick in the woods, or an archeological team being taken out by a Cofagrigus or something!

I have interacted with a Buzzwole once, it literally just flexed around as it tried to relay that it was actually just scared at about the new place it got thrown into, captured it and we've been friends since.
I love the designs for the ultra beasts you made, they look weird enough to not be normal pokemon, creepy enough to fit in, and cutesy enough to still be in Pokémon.
So this already has a bajillion secrets in it! From Morse code to (I think) backwards audio, prob other kinds too! Now I just gotta figure out how to decode this with only my phone… That aside, I’m a huge fan of analog horror, and it’s about time more Pokémon vhs horror showed up!!! This is really well put together! I especially like the Nihilego scene and the fake mons. Only critque I have is i think some random background mons would help sell it more as a pokemon thing. Also my boy Colress better be there to fuck things up.
Because of the cutesy art style of pokemon we sometimes forget how terrifying the pokemon universe actually is. Like with nihilego its an eldritch jellyfish that lures you in abd fuses itself with your flesh, corrupting your mind and body ultimately making you lose all your sense of self. Its some seriously horrifying stuff
I absolutely love this. This is honestly really well done and that's without going down the rabbit hole. Ultra beasts have always been so cool to me. I'm honestly surprised that I've never seen anything horror based on them. The use of uniquely created Ultra Beasts is a nice touch when it comes to mystery and lore building. And these ultra beasts are very well designed and created. Definitely one of the best executions for fakemon I've seen. They feel real and not just something created on a whim for content and views. I absolutely love how these Ultra beasts give vibes of common tropes of analog horror without feeling like its a rip off. Like the backrooms creature feel of UB Spread. Cryptids with UB Walker, specifically skinwalkers and the kelpie. And Doppelgangers/mimicry ghosts with UB Copycat. (also a crow works so well yet I never would've thought of it) I'm really impressed. it's horrifying yet at the same time not too unbelievable for the pokemon fandom. Especially for the ultra beasts.
Alohla has so much untapped potential- Definitely interesting video. The video with the nihilego floating in the sky like jellyfish (why yk- is kinda a given would happen given their design) looked great. The Fakemon were interesting too- in short, great video! (also springtrap lol)

This actually has a lot of potential as a series. I’m imagining a SwSh version about the Darkest Day. The sky red with the swirling clouds, sightings of Eternatus emerging from the sky, and eyewitness reports of massive Dynamaxed pokemon walking through populated areas. Could be scary!
I absolutely love analog horror or any horror based series based on existing properties taking place in universe, and using the concepts and ideas from the source material, and showing off how terrifying it can be, rather than just making an unrelated story and just hastily slapping a recognizable franchise over it even if it has nothing to do with it. This of course falls into the former, great work.
Great job! I really want to see Pokémon scarlet scenario where Professor Sada's ancient paradox Pokémon escape from Area zero (in a scenario, where the protagonist fails to deactivate the time machine) and bring mass destruction. It could be an EAS alert, warning the population of the incoming hostile Pokémon which (as said by the AI professor) Bring mass destruction and destroy the ecosystem and the world, as enviosned by the original professor who thought this destruction is natural. Presenting each of the paradox pokemon, explaining how the population should avoid or fight them, Evacutation orders, and for the sake of horror, footage of how They attack humans and pokemon brutally.
@@Rainers_rules I love that idea. I hope that the PR team for Pokemon Go does something like this when they eventually get to Gen 9. Either go for the EAS alert or cryptid sightings angles. Like people giving reports on mysterous and dangerous creatures that look like familiar pokemon. Stuff like a large Magneton walking on its legs, a metallic Delibird blasting people with frigid water, or a Mega Salamence that's even more savage attacking random people. Treat them like Bigfoot, Nessie, Mothman, or any other crytpid. Just giving my thoughts.
Finally. I don’t watch Analog Horror (or any horror, really) that often, but I’m so glad that not only did someone do it with the UB’s, but also used the Pokémon GO clips!

To be fair in sun and moon she was already drugged and in the ultra versions necrozma was the bigger trheat that had to be captured/killed and than she would had returned with a tamed necrozma or with the ultra recon squad for dealing a problem that was already partially resolved by the kahuna and the tapus and in fact the only creature that remained in Alola was blacephalon/stakataka
@@aggresiveiceberglettuce8848 no it was the contrary the tapus was able to contain the invasion of the UB but few remained hidden after their defeat for make you understand the four tapus together was able to defeat Necrozma when he fused for the first time with Solgaleo or Lunala it would be stupid thinking that one of them can't defeat a single UB in a 1vs 1

Not sure what the other 2 represent, but the last one's vocal mimicry to trick others reminds me a bit of Mandela Catologue's Alternatives.
@@mauroperez2848 Yeah...Nihelga was the one that didn't have much going on, The second ultra beast was definitely a reference to Squimpus Mcgimpus's first FNAF video, The third one reminded me a lot of The Walten Files mixed in with The Blair Witch Project & Lost Tapes, The last one I can definitely say was akin to that of Paranormal Activity 3 & 4, and yes, in the Mandela Catalogue, not just the alternatives, but they were also called "Dopplegangers". And man, the last ultra beast shown where Bea got kidnapped...I didn't even expect a jumpscare when watching it full screen and I silently got startled and gasp....It throw me completely off and by surprise.
This is so cool! As someone who grew up with gen 7, its so cool to see a twist on what I always thpught were some of the creepiest mythic/legendary pokemon. As a kid, i mever actually beat the game and only beat it about a year ago, whoch made me realize how dark it gets. Its even cooler how you made your own unique pokemon for this, and somehow are able to be even creepier than any existing ones. I cant wait for the next video (if there is one) :)

This is actually super cool!! Considering the hidden horrors of the Pokemon world, I'm surprised there aren't that many analog horror series surrounding it. Even still this makes great use of the Aether Foundation and its shady business practices. Good Job!
People forget if Pokémon wasn’t for kids these things could very well kill everyone so stuff like this really shows what would happen if these things were real

Sometimes young children don't remember very well what the product name is called again, so they call it based on what it looks like, not what it's named on the package...I can tell you right now this comes from experience when I played on my NDS and some girl mentioned "He's playing some dog game!"....So yeah, children don't know much about video games or what it's called again.

Ultra beast and paradox need to merge it will make something beyond your imagination on Pokémon and can make a new lore where the starter Pokémon is ultra-beast or paradox or both
This was super cool. I love the contrast between seeing the UB's in action and then seeing their pokedex entry its super weird. Really cool concepts for them as well.
6:30 its crazy how no one's first instinct in the pokemon world when hearing creepy noises in the night isn't to throw out a pokemon to protect themselves. like every game they warn children not to go wandering in tall grass because even the first route pokemon are dangerous. but hey each to their own.
This video is honestly so well made, I love how you made them look similar to the PoGo UB reveal trailers, makes it feel more included with the game lore, my only real complain is the final clip for UB Copycat because of the panda and Winni the Pooh stuff (minor detail I know and it doesnt really mean anything, its just feels out of place in pokemon). I would really like to see this continue, maybe it could cover some more of the actual Ultra Beasts and maybe even the theory of Eternatus being an Ultra Beast (I personally prefer the one where it was the one who was in charge of time and space before Palkia & Dialga but I still enjoy the Ultra Beast Eternatus theory). I cant wait for more related to this
Honestly I didn’t expect the Copycat to be a bird pokemon, but i LOVE IT! Not just for its design (it being a corvid) but also because certain corvids can and DO mimic other animals in the wild! Blue jays are known for mimicking hawks, whether to clear off an area or to scare away an actual hawk

Man, you did an absolutely great job...And I've yet to decipher and go through each part (even the stuff in the room and the icon next to Bea when she was filming it with her camcorder for Charlie.....Man...What an absolute analog horror to start off....And man, it does make you feel on edge of the voices in your headphones, and even the growls that are placed in the back (at one point it sounded like it was right side mono and made me feel a bit irritated about it. But you did very well with it).....
This is definitely going into my top favorite videos of all time. I cannot tell you how long I've waited (8/14+ years since the pokemon creepypastas I read years back) to see someone give Pokemon the analog horror treatment that FNAF, Backrooms, Animatronics (Fan-Made or Chuck E. Cheese/Real Life Counterparts), Tom & Jerry, Comic Book Characters, End of the world, Monument mythos, cartoon characters, and many other video game analog horrors outside of Pokemon (including Godzilla) had the pleasure to get the treatment for years...Dang, now I'm going to have to watch the others, as well as looking forward to where this analogue/analog horror series goes (if you do end up creating more that is. If not, then this is stll a good watch to those who've been out of a loop in the Pokemon landscape and such)....

These would normally have the temperament of normal Pokémon, making them only dangerous if trifled with, but canonically, Ultra Beasts are extremely stressed by the differences in our dimension compared to where they hail from, which makes them extremely violent, and makes Nihilego attempt to find hosts at a breakneck pace. This stress is so great that when they so much as catch the scent of someone bathed in the energy of an Ultra Wormhole, they barrel towards them, thinking that they have a way home, and go into a frenzy when all they find is a random being from this dimension. Basically, if under a good trainer, Ultra Beasts are just Pokémon with neurodivergence, but what if Elio and Selene failed? What if the portals didn’t close, and people weren’t alerted in time before the Ultra Beasts scoured the land for anything resembling their prey or a way home. I like this series.

The humans fled somewhere else, and the one person there is actually quite fond of Guzzlord, as it seems to be clearing the land of radioactive rubble. They may just be a common Pokémon in that world. Guzzlord is only dangerous when in another world, where it goes into a freakish flight or fight response and devours whatever it can in case it can’t eat later, like a bear.

If it is a new entity opening these Ultra Wormhole, it'd be interesting if it was the Ultra Megalopolis version of Solgaleo/Lunala.
They canonically had their light/energy drained by Necrozma, but Necrozma unleashed it's energy after the Ultra Necrozma battle.
It'd be interesting if, in the many years after Necrozma had drained them, they became darker and villainous, disturbed and vengeful. And now, with their energy redispersed, they create these Ultra Wormholes and disturbing Ultra Beasts.
Its not ALMOST its outright lovecraftian.
Nihilego is a mind flayer but a jellyfish;
Guzzlord is a dimensjonal shambler but larger and fatter;
Blacephalon, just boacephalon;
Kartana can easily fit in there too since its just a shape made of folded materials that can talk and float;

It’s cool and creepy seeing Ultra Beasts in real life environments. The creepiest and saddest part for me was hearing Nihilego’s actual voice. The video of UB Walker is also unsettling. It would be cool if some of the voices were less robotic.

Because of the cutesy art style of pokemon we sometimes forget how terrifying the pokemon universe actually is. Like with nihilego its an eldritch jellyfish that lures you in abd fuses itself with your flesh, corrupting your mind and body ultimately making you lose all your sense of self. Its some seriously horrifying stuff

I absolutely love this. This is honestly really well done and that's without going down the rabbit hole. Ultra beasts have always been so cool to me. I'm honestly surprised that I've never seen anything horror based on them.
The use of uniquely created Ultra Beasts is a nice touch when it comes to mystery and lore building. And these ultra beasts are very well designed and created. Definitely one of the best executions for fakemon I've seen. They feel real and not just something created on a whim for content and views. I absolutely love how these Ultra beasts give vibes of common tropes of analog horror without feeling like its a rip off. Like the backrooms creature feel of UB Spread. Cryptids with UB Walker, specifically skinwalkers and the kelpie. And Doppelgangers/mimicry ghosts with UB Copycat. (also a crow works so well yet I never would've thought of it)
I'm really impressed. it's horrifying yet at the same time not too unbelievable for the pokemon fandom. Especially for the ultra beasts.

This actually has a lot of potential as a series. I’m imagining a SwSh version about the Darkest Day. The sky red with the swirling clouds, sightings of Eternatus emerging from the sky, and eyewitness reports of massive Dynamaxed pokemon walking through populated areas. Could be scary!

I absolutely love analog horror or any horror based series based on existing properties taking place in universe, and using the concepts and ideas from the source material, and showing off how terrifying it can be, rather than just making an unrelated story and just hastily slapping a recognizable franchise over it even if it has nothing to do with it.

Great job! I really want to see Pokémon scarlet scenario where Professor Sada's ancient paradox Pokémon escape from Area zero (in a scenario, where the protagonist fails to deactivate the time machine) and bring mass destruction. It could be an EAS alert, warning the population of the incoming hostile Pokémon which (as said by the AI professor) Bring mass destruction and destroy the ecosystem and the world, as enviosned by the original professor who thought this destruction is natural. Presenting each of the paradox pokemon, explaining how the population should avoid or fight them, Evacutation orders, and for the sake of horror, footage of how They attack humans and pokemon brutally.
That is actually a great Idea!
@@Rainers_rules I love that idea. I hope that the PR team for Pokemon Go does something like this when they eventually get to Gen 9. Either go for the EAS alert or cryptid sightings angles. Like people giving reports on mysterous and dangerous creatures that look like familiar pokemon. Stuff like a large Magneton walking on its legs, a metallic Delibird blasting people with frigid water, or a Mega Salamence that's even more savage attacking random people. Treat them like Bigfoot, Nessie, Mothman, or any other crytpid. Just giving my thoughts.
This is a really unique but fitting usage of not only the ultra beast pokemon go promotional videos, but ultra beasts in general, love it!

To be fair in sun and moon she was already drugged and in the ultra versions necrozma was the bigger trheat that had to be captured/killed and than she would had returned with a tamed necrozma or with the ultra recon squad for dealing a problem that was already partially resolved by the kahuna and the tapus and in fact the only creature that remained in Alola was blacephalon/stakataka

The Last three ultra beasts....Holy crow...Even when one of them would open their mouth, gave me a Squimpus Mcgimpus reference to the first FNAF analog/analogue video he's made which is "Maintenance" and the last part would be "Climb inside the animatronic and accept your Fa-".....

Not sure what the other 2 represent, but the last one's vocal mimicry to trick others reminds me a bit of Mandela Catologue's Alternatives.
@@mauroperez2848 Yeah...Nihelga was the one that didn't have much going on, The second ultra beast was definitely a reference to Squimpus Mcgimpus's first FNAF video, The third one reminded me a lot of The Walten Files mixed in with The Blair Witch Project & Lost Tapes, The last one I can definitely say was akin to that of Paranormal Activity 3 & 4, and yes, in the Mandela Catalogue, not just the alternatives, but they were also called "Dopplegangers". And man, the last ultra beast shown where Bea got kidnapped...I didn't even expect a jumpscare when watching it full screen and I silently got startled and gasp....It throw me completely off and by surprise.
This is so cool! As someone who grew up with gen 7, its so cool to see a twist on what I always thpught were some of the creepiest mythic/legendary pokemon. As a kid, i mever actually beat the game and only beat it about a year ago, whoch made me realize how dark it gets. Its even cooler how you made your own unique pokemon for this, and somehow are able to be even creepier than any existing ones. I cant wait for the next video (if there is one) :)

Sometimes young children don't remember very well what the product name is called again, so they call it based on what it looks like, not what it's named on the package...I can tell you right now this comes from experience when I played on my NDS and some girl mentioned "He's playing some dog game!"....So yeah, children don't know much about video games or what it's called again.

Ultra beast and paradox need to merge it will make something beyond your imagination on Pokémon and can make a new lore where the starter Pokémon is ultra-beast or paradox or both

This video is honestly so well made, I love how you made them look similar to the PoGo UB reveal trailers, makes it feel more included with the game lore, my only real complain is the final clip for UB Copycat because of the panda and Winni the Pooh stuff (minor detail I know and it doesnt really mean anything, its just feels out of place in pokemon). I would really like to see this continue, maybe it could cover some more of the actual Ultra Beasts and maybe even the theory of Eternatus being an Ultra Beast (I personally prefer the one where it was the one who was in charge of time and space before Palkia & Dialga but I still enjoy the Ultra Beast Eternatus theory). I cant wait for more related to this

Honestly I didn’t expect the Copycat to be a bird pokemon, but i LOVE IT! Not just for its design (it being a corvid) but also because certain corvids can and DO mimic other animals in the wild! Blue jays are known for mimicking hawks, whether to clear off an area or to scare away an actual hawk
