    Great video! Thanks for all the great advice. I will definitely check out your detox packs. I just discovered the importance of potassium as an electrolyte and started drinking coconut water and today is my first whole day of drinking it throughout the day. Do we really need 4700mg a day of potassium? I hope it helps because those Mexican restaurant margarita specials are too easy to consume. I bet you fine ladies know how to rock 'n' roll. 🙂

    I've no use for a hangover solution, but, I need a morning coffee sweetener other than stevia/irithritol or I'll have to stay with it. I can't sweeten my coffee with dates, so what would you recommend?

      @@naturallynourishedRD Honey is not Keto. Nor is it calorie free. And it's not diabetic friendly.
      I've lost 111 lbs and I'm no longer bed ridden all thanks to Keto. Thanks, but, I don't want to go back to where I've been.
