How is the form worded you have the customer sign beforehand? I’m working on mine now. Just want to make sure I cover everything Including myself. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Well how you word it is something you have to decide, Mine simply says that the customer understands that there is a risk involved with repairing a chip in a windshield, and many different factors can be a play that can cause a repair to crack during the repair process, the customer understands this and agrees that if the windshield does crack during the repair process that they will not hold ( company name) nor it's owner or any employees responsible for replacing the windshield, By signing this the customer agrees to the terms and conditions here in and understands that the windshield if left unattended may also still crack.
Boss ,,,I had one exactly like this half dollar size here in Va. and you might want to check out Glass Weld Wizard he’s been around for yrs. now ,,even when he had his trucking company and fixed all his windshields his self and always did people that new him on the side and now he does this full time after selling his trucks and that’s how I met him from a friend,I think he might train people now not sure on that. This dude made mine complete disappear and watching your process vs his…. He actually placed resign on everything on top then took a piece of his plastic placed it over the area let that harden up then drilled thru to get a seal on top the plastic and filled that break and then drilled two holes on the ring and literally filled that completely like he did awhile back one of my cracks …. Kinda kool watching him and couple of you others on here …✌️
