A big trouble the local police force has is the lack of good training by the police force. Cops many times are hired because they know someone on the force. Their experience and training are not given the proper consideration when they are hired. Senior, responsible officers are not properly carrying out their duties of overseeing the force.

How about just working together as you know each others pain.
@@ThalantyrBF3 Oh, the ATF agent was a tool when the cop showed up and, without any prompting other than a 911 call about a possible ATF agent, drew his gun and started the "get on the ground!" bullshit? Fuck you.

Hahahaha most departments you need an associate degree in criminal justice and then the police academy, but because of “defund the police” they will now take anyone with a pulse.
The reason we are stuck with anyone with a pulse is because the good officers are tired of getting a bad name from egotistical maniacs with a badge. This was a problem long before the "defund the police"

Proof it's all about their ego & wanting dominance over people, a cop berated me because I was on a bridge when he tried to pull me over & I pulled over immediately after crossing the bridge because there is no place on the bridge to pull over. I never forgot about that. A few years later I found myself being pulled over in another place with nowhere to safely pull over. I stopped right there. @@1one3_Racing No, a competent cop would have immediatly asked for identification, and got on their radio to check if there were any warrants out for the identified "suspect"
@@1one3_Racing Apparently the Minnesota law is this: "According to Minnesota Law, a police officer does not have the right to simply request your identification at random-that is, they can’t just come up to you for no reason at all and demand that you tell them (or show them, by displaying your ID) who you are. They also cannot search you without your consent. On the other hand, if they suspect you of a crime, Minnesota police can insist that you show them your ID. While there is no statute covering this issue, it’s important to comply with the police if you are able. That means that legally speaking, you need not automatically identify yourself just because a police officer asks for it, but if they can give just cause for stopping you, you need to tell them who you are-and you may end up in jail, at least temporarily, if you refuse to comply." So the police could have just asked him for his ID, giving him a just cause for doing so. If he didn't comply, THEN they could search him for it. But since this guy is an FBI agent, I'm pretty sure he would comply, because he probably knows the law in Minnesota.

@@1one3_Racing No, a competent cop would have immediatly asked for identification, and got on their radio to check if there were any warrants out for the identified "suspect"
@@1one3_Racing Apparently the Minnesota law is this:
"According to Minnesota Law, a police officer does not have the right to simply request your identification at random-that is, they can’t just come up to you for no reason at all and demand that you tell them (or show them, by displaying your ID) who you are. They also cannot search you without your consent. On the other hand, if they suspect you of a crime, Minnesota police can insist that you show them your ID.
While there is no statute covering this issue, it’s important to comply with the police if you are able. That means that legally speaking, you need not automatically identify yourself just because a police officer asks for it, but if they can give just cause for stopping you, you need to tell them who you are-and you may end up in jail, at least temporarily, if you refuse to comply."
So the police could have just asked him for his ID, giving him a just cause for doing so. If he didn't comply, THEN they could search him for it. But since this guy is an FBI agent, I'm pretty sure he would comply, because he probably knows the law in Minnesota.
