    Tips to enhance Nutrition in home cooked Indian meal -
    1. Keep your carb moderate ( meaning 1 or 2 first of rice or roti is enough)
    2. Add more fibres in your diet by adding more vegetables and salad in the meal
    3. Finally increase protein content by adding egg if non veg or panner or raita if you're veg along with your dal

      Go for Ghanta Tarkari , Dalma . If u r diabetic then try Santula . Pick a good veg thali . Try clay pot mutton . But try to find a pure Odia restaurant , I recommend Hotel Odisha Restaurant. Don't forget to try Dahi Pakhal thali with Macha Beshara fry.

    I build my physique by only taking 6 meals of homemade food for calorie surplus and by including protien rich food like chicken,soyachunks,panner,eggs etc(no supplements). so yeah it's totally possible

      I am Pakistani and also like his vids. I totally agree with him about how we can have a good diet eating home food but also adjusting it to make it more nutritionally balanced- I'd say the best way to do that is to increase intake of salads and vegetables, reduce consumption of processed foods, deep fried foods and sugar, including drinks containing a lot of sugar (such as fizzy drinks)

    We Indian muslims are blessed with a cuisine where we can get adequate amount of protein, so are Pakistanis... Research says grass fed beef or bison is best source of protein but in India we can take buffalo or mutton, at least we mus lims can take buff but mutton is quite expensive

Some might need creatinine initially for energy, I think only supplements we need is vitamin d and k2 and also fish oil if we don't have adequate amount of Omega 3 and obviously t boosting Unani ayurvedic herbs and kushta/bhasm, that's all

    Sir 1 doubt.
    U have so many good products ,everything seems to be necessary for daily life.
    Am using
    1)shilajit bhasm pro alternate days
    2)beast pro alternate days ,u said to use both alternately
    3)aloe vera juice
    4)amla juice
    5)marine collage Pro
    6)sleep pro
    7)creapure from naturaltein
    8) whey protein conc from naturaltein
    Now I feel likei need to add
    1)Acne pro tab
    2)super green pro powder
    3) this prebiotic pro in future after launch
    So please tell me having these many products on daily basis,will it have any side effects in future even though these are natural products ,they have some amount of preservative in every product.
    Will it have problem for liver.

      Firstly I have cleared many times which products are for regular health and which for specific people
      Everyone doesn't need everything
      In fact I have made many people return products, which they didn't need, but just bought it
      What products ur using are all normal products, with few precautions:
      1. Beast Pro & Shilajit Bhasma Pro are to be used for 3-4 months (on alternate days each), and then given a break
      2. Sleep Pro is to be used only when u have some sleep issues
      You can add anti acne, greens and prebiotic easily
      Take supergreens morning or evening empty stomach
      You can mix greens and collagen together
      Anti acne can be taken anytime during the day
      Prebiotic fiber is magic, it can be added in liquids, foods or anything u like as its tasteless and odorless
      None of these products have any impact on liver
      In fact most products are excellent for Liver health

    Hi Sir. I do long running 3 days a week and bodyweight exercises like Pushups, Pull-ups, Squats, Lunges, sit ups etc. on alternate days. How to gain lean muscles with my sport as I find it very hard to gain muscles. I am taking 140 grams protein everyday through food and supplements. Current bodyweight is 75. Height 184 cm

    Namaste sir recently i purchased naturaltein whey isolate(caffe mocha flavour) on that box its written recommended usage 1 scoop per day and don't exceed recommended daily intake but according to my protein intake and situation i need 2 scoops minimum can i take 2 scoops and if needed 3 scoops??
