Super interesting - you sound like a Texan who has spent the last few years in New Zealand. Is that the South Auckland accent I was reading about here? dialectblog.com/2012/06/18/rhotic-dialect-in-new-zealand/
i have seen her in newzealand in Dunedin cause thats were i live and my nana lives close to her so you guys can shut up and some kiwis do eat marmite like that
justthatguyfromnz Mate either too much butter or waiting too long before gettin it out of the toaster. the butter should melt before you get a chance to put the Marmite on.
Docs ya dont sound like a kiwi! Your accent is too posh. Or are you from the South Island? IDK -_- But regardless, hala to Kiwis. That was a mean vid tho
I live at the bottom of the North Island... well near the middle more like...anyways the South folks are posh. Have you heard the way they speak? And all the Luxury stuff there? The folks there are ig you could say "wealthier" than suppose to the Kiwis in the North Island? -.- AND that's extremely freaking low of you to use the term "BOGAN!" tf cuz. Not the whole of Auckland is posh.
shes is a kiwi, i say lots of different things for being sick...eg: spewing, throwing up and sometimes vomiting....even though spewing is probably the most commonly used word in New Zealand
I know your trying but you shouldve got a maori to say that or at least pronounced some words right because truly maoris do get offended even when europeans say maori and pronounce the r like for example rice
it is classed as a living dinosaur it is the only reptile of its lineage to survive from 200 million years ago and what does dinosaur mean giant reptile or lizard so she is right thank you
hi, i really loved your video so much..i'm currently waiting for the residence visa decision. i'm feel very excited after this video.. the best news for me was the good coffee..yeaaah :) could you please make a video about the multicultural blend in NZ? i'm from middle east and kinda of worried about the acceptance of the society
+Lisa Lisa thank you lisa for your reply! i'm holding a PhD degree from Malaysia and did all my studies in Malaysia, hopefully i will find a good offer in my field :) or a related job. i'm very excited for living in NZ and i hope it will be fun as it is in Malaysia :)
Hi guys, I'm from Mauritius and thinking of moving to NZ. I've lived in UK for about 10 years but deciding I wanted to try something new. Mauritius is TINY and London is crazy hectic so I feel like I'm kind of finding the right balance here. For those who don't know Mauritius is a tiny island in the Indian Ocean, part of Africa, but I look Indian from origins and speak fluent french. Crazy :P I hope NZ will be a nice place I can call home!
Well it's hot really hot but as she said the sea it never to far away. Now I'm just a child but I've lived it NZ for nine years and I was born in England and I come back over to Visit family so I know it'll be quite hot and the heat is the only thing you will struggle with I think 😆😆😆😆
You are amazing Annabelle, I am debating on moving to New Zealand and I have watched this over and over (trying to get the word meanings thing down) on top of all your other videos (STALKER) nah =-) But I also watched hundreds of other videos on New Zealand as well and I am a big Lords of the Rings fan Harry Potter too (NERD) Hey say what you want I am a retired young NERD well now I am getting older and now "I want to go on an adventure" and I am really considering a trip there in 2016. I Would love to build a Renaissance Festival there, Maybe put a bug in Peter Jacksons ear for a LOR Theme Park Thanks for your videos your doing a great job on them.
hi i might late to watch this video, but i planned to get an internship graphic design there. i currently studying/living in Indonesia. Do you know any of indonesians get internship there? or do you ever see indonesian people live there? thanks for sharing this💕
Not many Indonesian people here that I know of and really hard to get a Graphic Design job here. My ex-girlfriend is a graphic designer and she found it really hard to get a job. Maybe try Australia? Lots of Indonesian people there.
Thanks Annabelle for the intro. to NZ culture. I just showed it to my class of Japanese students who were fascinated. Theyre are going to Corromandel for a year next month!
I was just coming to say that! That pic you have is of a Huntsman spider. Huntsman spiders are NOT a member of the tarantula family. They are crab spiders (as shown by the leg placement ... you know, like a crab). They are not poisonous to humans, at all. A bite from a Huntsman spider will hurt at the site and may be sore for a few days. That's all. Funnel web spiders on the other hand, ARE a member of the tarantula family, and their bite can kill you if you don't seek medical assistance ASAP. Their venom contains multiple neurotoxins that will ultimately shut down your autonomic nervous system. However, there have been ZERO deaths from a funnel web spider bite since the anti-venom was developed in 1981.
yeah people in the south island (like her) roll their r's whereas people in the north island tend to not roll their r's, although i roll mine but idk why haha
Taomothafuckinwowowow....
Dunno what possessed you to eat marmite with a spoon, dongy thing 😒.
Harata m I eat marmite with a spoon everyday bro
Marmite on a spoon is the best
NZ it's amazing , I hope to travel someday, Love from Colombia 😘
Is it true that the formal mode of addressing NZ's dinosaur is "good morning prime minister"?
Super interesting - you sound like a Texan who has spent the last few years in New Zealand. Is that the South Auckland accent I was reading about here? dialectblog.com/2012/06/18/rhotic-dialect-in-new-zealand/
I actually am from the South Island, but have been living in America the last few years when this was made.
Annabelle Harray and south islanders roll their "r"s no affiance
The New Zealand accent changes drastically from province to province
Larduk_ 1UK yeah, not really
Bagel Burger
Clearly not a true kiwi because you wouldn't eat marmite like that.
Exactly, cant be a true kiwi if you dont know how to eat Marmite correctly. Sucks when you burn the toast, cant see where you put the Marmite!
i have seen her in newzealand in Dunedin cause thats were i live and my nana lives close to her so you guys can shut up and some kiwis do eat marmite like that
Brem do you not put butter or margerine on your toast
justthatguyfromnz Mate either too much butter or waiting too long before gettin it out of the toaster. the butter should melt before you get a chance to put the Marmite on.
WHY DID YOU EAT MARMITE LIKE THAT!?!?!?!
Annabelle! You're getting an American accent! :P
Docs ya dont sound like a kiwi! Your accent is too posh. Or are you from the South Island? IDK -_- But regardless, hala to Kiwis. That was a mean vid tho
Vineta The Explorer she replied to a comment and she said she's been living in america for a few years when she made this video.
you fuck up now bitch because people from the south island ain't posh people from the north island are posh
Lol that response tho. Oh gosh. and well it does sound posh. You may not hear it, but I (like everyone but yourself) can hear it. Whose the bitch now?
the only posh place in nz would be Auckland south island is full of farmers they won't be posh and the in the middle of nz are the nz bogans
I had the same reaction in my first week in NZ when I ate this thing which is called marmite .
YOUR NOT KIWI WE DON'T SAY VOMIT
shes is a kiwi, i say lots of different things for being sick...eg: spewing, throwing up and sometimes vomiting....even though spewing is probably the most commonly used word in New Zealand

Yes even though you didn't pronounce the Maori name correctly (like nearly all of it was wrong) but good try
I know your trying but you shouldve got a maori to say that or at least pronounced some words right because truly maoris do get offended even when europeans say maori and pronounce the r like for example rice

Is it possible to get visa for marriage purpose in new Zealand with a new Zealand citizen lady if the boy is Indian
The tuatara is NOTa dinosaur however it is the only living member of the order en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhynchocephalia.
it is classed as a living dinosaur it is the only reptile of its lineage to survive from 200 million years ago and what does dinosaur mean giant reptile or lizard so she is right thank you
Nicholas Maude yes they are. Lizards are dinosaurs
yeah so dont try to act lke yo now it all
Lizards are NOT dinosaurs.
The residents of that long-named town are obviously taking the piss.
And New Zealand has the best pies in the world 🌎 I am actually being honest
I'm pretty sure it is 178kms to the cost max, also the tuatara isn't a dinosaur.
hi there , was wondering if you could help me a bit about studying in new Zealand
I've walked Baldwin street twice I'm 12 we've done it on camp and I've met a tuatara!
We in Pittsburgh would argue that Canton Ave. is the steepest street in the world!

New Zealand will definitely be a nice place you can call home
Well it's hot really hot but as she said the sea it never to far away. Now I'm just a child but I've lived it NZ for nine years and I was born in England and I come back over to Visit family so I know it'll be quite hot and the heat is the only thing you will struggle with I think 😆😆😆😆
New Zealand isn't 'quite hot'. I think you're confusing it with Australia.
Could tell you were from Otago by the way you rolled your r's
Yo wrong lady I don't own 9 sheep haha your baaaaad

What about mud pools and geysers that you find at rotaroa
Michelle Do u mean Rotorua...the name has quite a unique meaning and you shouldn't misspell Maori words because they are all distinct
Ella Marley that was just a mistake usually when I text fast I don't realise I'm making mistakes
I eat marmite like that all the time.
