If you do some research, you'd find that you can adjust the amount of oil that the pump sends. I did mine years ago. It's been great. So much nicer to not have to worry about mixing gas.
@E Fisher you have to open up the box that oil tank line goes to. There's what looks a bolt in there with (if I'm remembering correctly) a nut that acts as a stop. Loosen the nut, turn main bolt in or out depending on if you want more or less oil. Then lock the nut back down. Mark where it currently is before you adjust. Make small adjustments!
@END OF THE TRAIL MC I've been running mine hard for a couple years like this. No issues. It was throwing too much oil before the adjustment. Glad i did it.
Hey sir, in the oil pump its self how did you block that off? And to be sure once you blocked it off in the oil pump and in the carb your ran the line to the reservoir and that was that? Or is there something else. Thanks again. Great idea.
It just made a big loop, I blocked the line that allows oil into the carb but the pump still ran oil through but just put it back into the reservoir instead of the carb. I have heard if you don't run oil through the pump it will cease. Remove it all together if you plan on doing this permanently. Thanks.
genius! )) will do it tonight
Nice video, i got a cuestion
Seeing for the left side (between gas hose and air filter hose)
Where is the middle hose connected?

What do you do

Yo can you help me with the coil and Cdi wires
Thanks for the video. Bike looks clean. What do you shine your exhaust pipe up with?
I repainted it with high temp BBQ paint.
Came out great. Can't wait to restore mine in the Spring
Still runs great?
As far as I know? I sold it a while back but there is no reason why it wouldn't!👍
What size line are you using? I just picked up 2 pw80's and want to do that.
It was just standard fuel line.
Why is your kickstarter down ???
I think that is the way these came? I think you can adjust them where you want.

END OF THE TRAIL MC what did you use to plug the hole in the carb??
Sorry for the late reply! I just used a small rubber cap like you would use on a vacuum line. Got a assorted pack at the auto parts store
Nice job hillbilly way lamo! Nice bike how much?
Where can you buy the block off kit
There is a company called PW'S only that has everything really cheap.
What gas do ya put in it and what oil do you mix?
Just any 40:1 mix should be fine with non ethanol fuel.
Thanks man🤘
What was your pre-mix ratio ?? 40 to 1 perhaps ?? Thanks !! 😎
Yeah 40:1 worked well! Still seemed plenty rich.
@@6491ford I just noticed you mentioned that in the video ..... missed it somehow !!?? Thanks !! 😎
Good idea. Thanks
