    Thank you for this video. I am looking forward to trading my 2021 RDX Aspec back to the pilot. I had a 2005 pilot that lasted me for 15 years with over 300K miles in it and traded to 2019 Accord 2.0 Touring and got rear-ended, so I ended up trading to RDX 2 years ago. But I love and missed my pilot. It did not give me any trouble at all. I think I better like the 6 cyl better than the 4 cyl turbo. It sucked up more fuel than the 6, and it has better advantage of less acceleration that goes faster than the 4 turbos.

    • @BCautosolutions
      @BCautosolutions  Рік тому +2

      Overall sounds like you’ve had 3 solid cars and the new pilot should continue that trend. Good luck with whatever you go with. I really like the new pilot but my 19 os paid off unless I’d probably be trading up.

    We just bought 2024 Pilot and are very disappointed. The cabin climate system can’t keep up in the cold weather. The heated air on max only gets lukewarm and the lake area of the cabin stays cold no matter how high the heat is. We took it into the service center, and the head mechanic came out and felt the air and immediately looked at me and said yeah that’s very cool. When they tested it though, he said it was within range, and there was nothing else they could do.
    The heated seats barely function. You have to keep them on for 20 minutes on full blast to even feel anything. If you have them on any setting below full blast, you can’t feel anything.
    Have you seen anything that would cause this type of performance?

    I have a 2023 Trail Sport which is awesome and drives fantastic! However, it does come with Safety Mitigation features that I find annoying, fortunately you can turn those features off. The only thing that I’m literally pissed about is the idle stop, which I have to shut off every time I start the SUV! It will stay off on Sport mode or you can add an aftermarket module that does it automatically. I don’t think the savings will justify having to replace the battery and starter more frequently. Also, it is a huge safety concern when you’re trying to get into a busy road with the motor shutting off!!! Finally, you can replace that silver looking diaper with a black tow hitch cover. I agree, I hate it. Just don’t put anything there lol

    Honda went with those VW style fake exhaust tips in the bumper?!? Nothing screams “cheap crap” more than exhaust condensation coming out from under a bumper on a car with fake tips. It’s embarrassing. So disappointed Honda went with this terrible look.

      Yeah that’s probably my 1 real complaint about it tbh, I do really hate that as well. Hopefully the aftermarket world makes a fix for it
