''He set a new standard for hardness and freakiness that we had never seen before.''
Do you think in the future we will see someone else changing the game like Dorian and Ronnie?
i hope nick walker will be interesting in the future
Hadi choopan
No..because everything is already on the limit
Only genetic Doping will change it. Need some Years..
@@abhinav6726 hahaha nope 😅😅
His variation of the front lat spread with one leg bent is iconic

In my opinion Dorian is the GOAT. He had that perfect balance of being freaky big while also being cut.
The aura he had it'll never be seen again. One of a kind.
This man took his hardships in life and used that fire to forge his will and body of steel. Nothing but absolute respect for him.
Love it.
Hes fake.hes a juicer.
@@bkh5746 But he's not a fake. Never has been. Yes he juiced but he's open on that. Every open Olympia competitor is juiced. Doesn't make them fake. Your comment is the epitome of someone who hasn't a clue what they're talking about
@@bkh5746 you wouldn't even be a fraction of what he was if you took steroids
@@bkh5746 They ALL juice it's a level playing field.
When Dorian Yates walk on the stage he looks like a solid rock .
Gotta love Dorian. So down to earth and his boasting is so dry it just comes off as fact
Dorian had the coolest looking and most unique quads in history.
It is more than 10 years since i saw Dorian for the first time. And i didnt lose this freaking feel looking at him ... unbelivable ... and when he speaks my mind is in different universe.
man crush
That accent helps his vast intelligence acquired from experiences, Peter Mcgough’s tutelage, and hard work!
@@kevio6868 you mad he don’t love you more 😍❤️😘 😂
The conditioning is on another level from what you see today.
No it's not 🤣
@@sihlemakels no one was as hard or cut like him your crazy
@@sihlemakels This is true! Modern bodybuilders are shit compared to Yates and other guys from the 90s.
@@sihlemakels Completely clueless 😂
too much soy in today's society
People knock bodybuilders but you cannot deny the torture and mental toughness it takes to get in the condition dorian did. Not only the training but the diet also. Discipline of a warrior 💪
the only ppl I've ever seen that knock bodybuilders or men that lift to build muscle are weak men, weak physically, weak mentally, angry individuals, no woman, dead end job, nothing going for them. They see somebody that looks good and is strong and it hurts them. Rather than taking it as inspiration to look better be stronger they choose to be lazy and hate.
@@sleepytimeshecomestrue I’m not really a massive fan, but I like the training and effort these guys put in.
@@sleepytimeshecomes I think also a part of why people in general look weirdly at bodybuilders is because a large of people does not understand how much work go's into building muscle. Every bodybuilder will tell you they where suprised how much time it costs. 500 grams of muscle a month naturally? Its slow as shit.
And secondly i think a lot of people think that steroids=You have to put no effort in. They look at bodybuilders and wonder ''Is that.. REAL muscle?'' Yea well of course it is. There is nothing 1% fake about it. There is no oil in it. These are not spongebob blow-up arms like spongebob did in that one episode lol.
Also women, and men (And especially gay men lol) love muscle. A lot of them at least. And they vastly underestimate the time put in a certain physique i mean. They are not aware that that amazing body in the magazine was done with perfectly lighting, a tan, and a massive pump, best camera angles and lenses and stuff. People don't know why a amazing natural physique looks like if that guy wears a big lose shirt. They legit think you don't even work out until you take it off.
Basically as a natural bodybuilding, you can't really get ''to big'' for most women as what some guy's fear. Unless you are big buy yourself but the skinny or normal dudes like me, no lol.
If gaining muscle was so easy, then why do you very rarely see a big dude.
''Blood and guts is just to a level where no one is willing to go, that's what it's about, turn the body inside out no matter what it takes.''
Will we ever see someone training like Dorian again? 😤
Hadi choopan
Never.. Theres only one Dorian...
@@abhinav6726 🤣🤣🤣
@@TheCeiteach bro don’t laugh at the special Ed’s
NEVER
Dorian won because he dominated his competition. He was the most massive and more muscular. His skin was paper thin. He was awesome and undeniably the best in his day.
love his wings, especially from the front, probably the best
Not probably, definitely the best
They say that there will never be another Ronnie Coleman but there will never be another Dorian Yates he changed the game for ever
Absolutely ❤
DORIAN YATES ROCK HARD MASS MONSTER. QUALITY MUSCLE SIZE. ONE OF THE BEST.
Hell yeah.
I never get tired of seeing Dorian. He didn't have the prettiest physique but no one to this day replicates that hardness, which quite frankly I don't think displays it as well with a pretty boy look.
Truth. "Not the prettiest, but the best." 💯
I'm a big big fan of Dorian but what you are saying is wrong as Branch Warren had that hardness and that thin paper skin and also that grainy look to his physique the same as what Dorian had so if your into bodybuilding you should of known this before putting out such a comment like that what is wrong
@@Pablo-sr2zx lmao Warren wasn't as grainy as Yates he was just freakishly vascular
The grainy look and hardness definitely there but he looked like a construction worker on stage.
@@Pablo-sr2zx Warren attained his look more the volume of drugs he took, he'd take as much as he possibly could handle. 100,000 a year easily 💉💊💰
the best back I have ever seen on bodybuilders. when he turns back to show your back he looks more muscular than other competitors, even if he doesn't tighten his muscles
Dorian el gran "Bull Dog" ingles sencillamente fue, es y será uno de los 5 mejores de la historia del Mr. Olympia.,......., un inmortal.
VHS footage from the 90's and he is harder standing relaxed than today's Olympia competitors flexing.
Well said!! Totally agree!! Today's competitors are watered up, there is no hard granite conditioning as in the 90s
he was on the juice
@@xngtrecex6998 no shit Sherlock
@@xngtrecex6998 do you think?....obviously, all the good pros are.
Him and lots of the older pros have talked about how the standards for conditioning have gone down dramatically with the current level of bodybuilders
What an inspiration! His training partner also was the best , what a great motivator!
The best to ever do it. Pride of the uk
Für mich der beste Bodybuilder den ich live gesehen habe
It really is the conditioning that set him apart. The striations and graininess is something to behold. “The Shadow” a badass nickname that could only be earned.
I am pumping right now at my basement, watched a video about Dorian Yates as pre workout
motivation and then this vid comes out. Haha perfect training evening :D
Greetings from Latvia 🇱🇻💪
💯 Great timing. Have a great session!! #HardcoreMentality
@@NicandroVisionMotivation Thanks for the heart :D. Yeah was a great arm day!
Peace out 👍
I met the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in Florida she was from Latvia
@@kevio6868 Cool, appreciate it! Yeah, we got some pretty girls here. ;)
Love this man, good mentality for all aspects of life
That juxtaposition between the quad stomp and forced rep of leg extension is so badass. Great editing job.
I personally think he has the best front lat spread of all time, was unreal in that pose
Yeah, I agree, perfect proportion
Markus Rühl beat his front lat spread in 2002. But up until then, he was the best.
@FabledGentleman what you smoking?
@@leccy9901lol. That is classified, you should not be allowed near drugs ever again, your eyes are failing.
@FabledGentleman fair enough. Just if I had what you had maybe is see myself the size of Jay cutler. Ronnie I'd understand, though disagree, but Marcus? No. Just no. Loved him, but he wasn't a spot on dorian. The beauty of bodybuilding though, it doesn't matter. Its our opinion. So we are both rite, and wrong. I bid you farewell 🖖
LET’S GO YATES
ONE MORE FOR MASS
💯💯
He was the man in the years I trained... I trained heavy and hard like Dorian always pushing for more.... Thanks Dorian!
Bodybuilding isn't a sport, it's just PURE dedication.
All out commitment
People always talk about Ronnie Coleman but for me this guy another level man . Better conditioning with brilliant back and midsection . He is best of all time
I actually met Dorian in person over here in the uk,the year was 1988 at the Wulfrun bodybuilding show where he was the guest poser. When I saw him back then his size was unbelievable and this was well before he earned his IFBB Pro card.
I seen his as well. AFTER he retired in a club.....in. NYC. and his forearm was the size of my leg. LMFAO
Such a humble and great champion dorian shadow Yates from my hometown put us on map
Dorians front lat, and back lat spreads are so iconic
The GOAT
Best front lat spread ever!
Dorian Yates is literally instructable and no one can match this kind of hardness, graininess and frekiness
I beg to differ. "Ronnie Colmen"
@@Raven-hq4ln Ronnie wasn’t as conditioned but had way more mass and was way more complete
I have started a war lol
@@sanjaykakurla4256 agreed
@TheLusianPopa yeh ok but there is only 4 poses I would give Dorian in a head to head which are BDB side triceps ab and thigh and front latspread
Dorian for me the best ever
There is not beter motivation then Dorian&Leroy training together 💪💪💪💪never get tired of them, never.
Outstanding definition and mindset . Class of his own.
THEE MAN WHO TRAINED HARDER THAN ANYONE....DORIAN THEE DOMINATOR.
I literally watch all Dorian, jay and Ronnie videos from channels like yours during workout/training. Gives me like a boost of 20000000000%
This guy is my idol I am glad that I find a great human thank you dorian yates
U can see his body into pieces....and every piece is fabulous
Whoever put this video together deserves gan award. Incredible
He was simply way ahead of his time bringing a level of mass with detail hardness and conditioning never seen before.
Dorian Yates was so ahead of his time and there will not ever be another one like him with his mindset and unique training profile.
HELLO he was 1 uped by the KING RC!!
Probably the best back of all time🔥
And one of the biggest calves🔥
His back is insane best for best back I'd say Ronnie coleman
@@Jdot2tact big back but soft mate this is what's u call a fucking back
@@matthewtuakolo8049 soft? Youre blind. Ronnie had striated christmas tree and every single muscle group on the back came out in back double bicep. Dorians only looks harder because his skin is thinner but Ronnies back was definitely bigger with just as much comditioninh
@@MrInzombia lmaoo didn't a dude with a soft back beat his ass lmaoo
Dorian '93. Conditioning and size that will never be equalled.
6:45 look at the conditioning
Those lats are insane!!!
What a beast. The appitamy of body building. One, of my top 3 bodybuilders. Respect high Mr. Yates n blesses. For your inspiration.
"appitamy" 😂😂
I'm surprised how few people give him credit for his posing. He is unique in every pose.
Nicandro Vision best motivation in the game! Powerful to the max.
His blood and guts video is the ultimate preworkout
My favorite of all time!
Look at his eyes as he walks out and stands next to Flex, Dorian has this laser focus, he's the most confident guy on stage and everyone knows it.
Intense video about an intense man who was truly built from the bottom up.
One of the greats.
What a beast with an incredible mind. Best pre-workout you could take watching this man
Definitely my favorite body builder of all time! Amazingly, he only spent 4-5 hours in the gym a week! Intensity and recovery y’all… that’s the ticket!
Always trained to failure thou...every set
Watching Dorian is still motivating! Especially now!
What a legend. The hardest training bodybuilder of all time.
Dorian has the best legs and back in history of bodybuilding and maybe ever to this day.
Yeah, like a rock A magnificent statue of pure muscle !!!
Dorian was my favorite I seen him in 95 and he was way ahead of everyone else even with a torn bicep Dorian is the best Mr o ever
🔥🔥🔥 Best vid of Dorian ever.
I allways listen to this man when weightlifting. My "inner Dorian Yates" is alive and well.Especialyy on leg days.
The best bodybuilder ever to of lived
In my opinion no1 has beat the quality of that physique since
That 1993 Black and White photo shoot form will never be surpassed 2:04. It's iconic. It's Frankenstein. The man is the ONLY bodybuilder I ever saw that truly looked like he was carved out of granite.
Just to see him training makes you doing better and better and better he's amazing in every sense
The intensity of his exertions were soo extreme that he could literally push his effort to rip his muscle from bone attachment in his final set to failure. His willpower is monster scary.
@TheLusianPopa That could explain what happened to his biceps and other muscles..
@@VCthaGOATdunker not really, those tears happened because of dehydration, lack of calories and a sudden influx of steroids into the system because he was just a few weeks out from a competition when he suffered those injuries. He should've cut back on intensity in the gym during those circumstances but didn't
@TheLusianPopa ya man he said he only worked out 4 days a week which is alot less than guys like coleman or cutler who tend to do 6-7 days schedule
How motivational this guy are.. Not only for training, for everything... Such a big legend..Personaly, i don't like BB, but he is master!
My favourite Mr O absolute legend 💪🏼
His calves evolved into cows🔥
Never too big, right?
Wahahahaha
And he was actually worried about his calf’s getting too big so he used only do 3 sets to failure a week (said it in his book).
@@Murf1211 What? His calves are excellent! Very, very shapely indeed Wish I could touch 'em !

The Greatest of All Time
Randomly met Dorian in a gym in puerto banus, had a Quick talk with him - such a nice and down to Earth guy!
Have seen blood and guts just amazing to watch he was massive his back and lat spread were on another level to most people 6 mr Olympiad ffs what a legend 🎉
Невероятни мускули....
Той е един от 10 те. Най-велики културисти за всички времена.
Поклон пред него за работата която е направил ..
🥂🇨🇵🇧🇬
Number 1
One if the best workout videos I've ever seen.
I love how weeks before the 1993 Olympia, Dorian released those famous black and white photos, and all the other competitors who thought they were in with a chance, realized the show was already over.
Surely the GOAT!
LAT SPREAD AND LIGHTS OUT MR DORIAN YATES
The true training champion
Dorian ta me had one of the most phenomenal physiques in bodybuilding history. He trained old-school, and his conditioning was a whole another level. He changed the game of the mass monsters. That’s how and why he became one of the greatest bodybuilding legends and won Mr. Olympia 6 years in a row.
I always had that feeling that Dorian is not get all the love he deserves from BB fans, but for me he was an amazing physique and he will remain among the best of the best! His physique was so amazing that even today a body like that could walk on Mr O stage and will had a lot of possibilities to win!!!!
His lat spread looks fucking insane!!the best of the best
How is that even possible, he's incredible
Dorian Yates is an live action Hulk undoubtedly 🔥
Best of all time
This man understood some things that no one else did That's why for me he is the greatest legend of this sport He didn't win the most titles, but when he appeared on stage, he knew he was winning An incredible competitor, fair and correct, but with a competitive spirit He wanted to be the best, and he was It wasn't the biggest, the most massive, the biggest, but it looked like someone took a piece of rock and carved Uates in that rock, with all his details. And let's not talk about posing He comes out, gives homework and leaves the stage He is a great body builder for me even though he didn't have good genetics All the best for your hard work and striving to be the best GOOD JOB
Simply the best!
Dorian Yates the.best bodybuilder forever
His lats are absolutely insane
Dorian will always be my GOAT. He’s the reason I took up bodybuilding as a child. 30yrs on I still love training. Just not as hard though 🤙🏻
